Big call to make, best i managed was a bogged launch 13.0 from a v6 vr4 i bought for $1800
this is like a holden/ford or apple/android... or rugby/league debate or something, people will just pick whatever arbitrary pros and cons fit their side of the fence and run with it
the interior on either car is rubbish compared to most euros of similar vintage anyway so its a bit of a moot point, and half the sub/evo owners then rice them up with gauges & sh1t anyway

Funny thing is if you even go to a Meet-up and a 22B is there, thats the car every body is going to hang around.
Its a collectors car. There hasnt been another car like it from Subaru (S20* and RA-R still arent like 22b in how much has been done to car)
Weather it goes up a price as the years go on who knows..... In 2001 a HK GTS monaro you could get for 10-15K now good luck trying to get one for under $150K

For that Price in Aus, it wont be road legal. The Road legal 22B\'s are about $110-$120K+

Few years ago they re-wrote the Law to state that the Units are to be considered in Cal unless otherwise proved. The Police are pretty good and making sure these are kept up to date.
Thing about using your GPS to prove you didnt speed, Has your GPS got a Calibration cert from a approved test lab?
I know the older Hawks had a large error. +/- 3 kph @ 100KPH. and the Polices car dont have "calibrated" speedos.

easy as mate just bolt it up and go you need a matching 3.9 rear diff and axles/hubs to suit bbut its all pretty easy.
i have a 6 speed in my rs legay (1990) at the moment and is great.
its actually for sale as i have 2 .

Yes you need to get adjustable link arms. Cusco and Zerosports use to do a kit for them but more than likey be discontinued now The BP/BL is the same setup.
The BP/BL arms are alloy while BE/BH are Cast. Was a phase in J-Land to swap out the Cast arms for Alloy ones

Weather is FS on the forums, TM/ebay, your local trade n exchange or the annual Hot rod swap meet. Your always going to get tire kickers, low ballers, over the top prices, people trying to pass somthing off that isnt what they say it is eg:WRX off as an STi.

It doesnt control boost.
Its a Controller for the Gauge(s) only. Lets you set alarms and have Record/playback.

If the centre hole is right you should be bale to drill out most of the stud and retap the hole to get the rest out.
failing that what size is the bolt ( I have a selection of helicoils here) becuase if it is like m10 x 1.25 ( metric fine) good luck with finding some one with the kit in stock, I had to buy a kit myself as no one had a kit in stock for that size, pretty much goes for any of the FINE metric sizes, very unusual outside of the motortrade

You might have to retap to a different thread and go get some high grade Cap bolts. Wouldnt trust helicoils on something major like this

I wouldnt say this is a Calibration check. Calibration would be done in a very different way using a Test Flow bench.
Its a good info on how to check you AFM voltage. One thing, did you zero your meter against the extented cable?

Hi there i have a bg5 tt legacy needing a new cat-back exhaust, can anyone tell me if a sedan exhaust will fit Also what about other models? How swappable are exhausts, eg would a be/bh exhaust fit? or bc/gc catback? being single turbo im guessing not, any info would be much appreciated
BE/BH cat back wont fit.

If he sectioned and did a semi channel, it would have made it more proportional.
Sucks when people try and do a Kustom/hot-rod/street machine type build only to fail. (as with most J-land based show cars)

If you have the Black Face type Dash custer and some spare $$$. Defi BF meters with white lighting suit it really well. You can get a center gauge pod, and if you willing to search yahoo auction japan, the correct fitting A-Pillar pod as well.
