So I cant talk about this from an official stand point, but I've dealt with this before while at work! While whiteline lists those front kits for Alloy Arms, that information is incorrect.
Now i've talked with Red Ranger, who operate both nolathane and whiteline a while ago about this, and it seems they *have* changed it, but only on their Nolathane system (which is what I was talking to them about at the time)
However, the links are the same units regardless of brand, just with the different brands of polyurethane bush installed.
If you do want the ball type joints, the whiteline links are thicker then standard, and in theory allow you to add more tension to the bar, standard ones would probably be fine.
You can get a similar threaded link (just not as thick as the whiteline ones) from places like BNT. part number would be LR** where ** is the center to center of the ball joints.
They look like these;
So yea, id probably change them as even with the washers, you could end up forcing the bush out of the link with enough use and force!
This is interesting, my PB Legacy had thies links on steel arms, i swapped to Alloy arms and they still fitted of course...

Hey @RAYDEO, I entered and paid for the amazing race a few week ago. Can you please confirm it's been received?
Got it mate, the above list is just the track goers, not the group for the amazing race. -
the wifey and I are at a motel on the lakefront, Wotif.com have plenty of accom available depending on your budget...
Freedom camping is also welcomed in Taupo, as long as you dont take a dump in the gutter.- 2

how full are we for the track day?
updated list comming around anytime soon?
btw do we need the have a front bumper on?
We are pretty full but I'm sure we can fit you in... we need your car to be up to wof standard. Interpret that as you will. But if your car doesn't pass scrutiny this is not necessarily grounds for a refund.

theres been one floating around paraparaumu for the last few years, always been keen to have a look at it closer, but never had the chance.

Given the number of banners and stickers we have sent out over the years there must be a shitload of cars rocking the CS logo.
We want to see them, post them up, and we could feature them on our social media!

Why not?
Because it's a SOHC 2.5l auto wagon...
And the last car I drove around that track was my old GC8 STI RA... No comparison.

My first time too, ive raced alot of mx, but i imagin its nothing like car+track,
Im just hoping everything will go smoothly so I can drive it back home in one piece :B - do i need to bring my back seats or are they sweet to take out ?
So far im bringing:
MX Helmet + Goggles
Drivers License
100% Cotton overalls
4L of oil
Spare coolant
Spare set of brake pads
Spare set of wheels / tyres
Spare fuel
Small tool kit
Munch + Water
Nah not much similar to a motox event.
Take the seats out if you like. But they don't weigh much so no real need.

Dude! Thats just what i needed to read!
Gonna be my first track day and im nervous im going to do something bad to my motor.
Ive also heard not to go all out every single lap. eg doing 3 flying laps and then 2 cool down laps. sound right to you?
The way the track is laid out you leave Put lane and go around the entire track before crossing the start finish lane. From there you do 3 fast laps. Then once you cross the finish line the 3rd time you cruise around the track, cooling down until you reach out entry again and head into the pits.
So yes you're right. But there's not really any other way to do it.
All this will be explained on the morning at briefing. Don't fret. You won't be the only virgin there.
