  1. Its been like that for a good 10000kms, the turbos whining and its got compressor surge. Just put the valve back on and no luck, so what do I bung those holes with?
  2. They dont actually work, its just a gimmick on GDB's ;D
  3. Seems to be ok, but ive never had it going well for more than a day so its a bit hard to tell. I was wondering if those other holes should be plugged to give more vacume?
  4. Non plugged return valves? Where the Vaccume hose is plugged... Oil in intercooler...
  5. No blockage in the hose and yip agve it a good suck and felt it move a bit. More photos coming.....
  6. You can see the vaccume hose coming under the valve and heading towards a vaccum nipple on top of the manifold about 15cm away......?
  7. Yeah its not seized anywhere, heres somes pics
  8. Is a proper one, with the bolt out or in it doesnt make a difference, I really think it hasnt been installed righlty and theres not enough vaccum or something. Just trying to find a piccy...
  9. Sorry, defiantely a bung VF23 thats putting the oil into the intercooler. This is due to the HKS valve not releasing anything. Its got one tube going to the toip of the manifold, Im suspecting thats not right? No noise at all from the HKS valve
  10. Removed the HKS SSQv and pulled it aprt apart down to the valve, found no issues put it back on and it still didnt work. Pulled it off again pulled it right down to the Diapraghm this time to see if it had a hole, no hole etc and when I put it back on it still wont work. Im suspecting theres not enough vaccum to close it, howver I really have no idea.
  11. I ve got a feeling that the muppet that built the engine in my car has missed something. Can anyone explain how you would install one of these on a standard car? This is the reason I now have oil in my intercooler and a buggered vf23.
  12. Imn suffering withdrawls already, might have to go and have an argument with the missus..
  13. So after a week, still no smell. I can recommend the rug doctor stuff. Very cheap and did the trick no problem. Better still ive still got half a botle of the stuff, just in case
  14. But its a flinstone mobile. Basically worth scrap unless it actually goes.
  15. Not from my experience. When I was younger I accidentally drained the oil from the center diff on my old gsr, got to Taupo and it was amking a hell of a noise just driving straight. Got it filled up with oil and never had an issue.
  16. Yes I believe that has become an issue . May have to leave the aircon on hot for awhile and do some recirculating as well.
  17. Have gone for the rug docter stuff to start with. Big bottle and has the enzymes. only cost 6.99, so pretty cheap for the amount you get. Have given the car a good spray tonight and will need a dry tomoorow in the heat, time will tell.
  18. If they move do those cause a knocking noise? Oh and had an update on my car, the buckets and shims were set up with tin foil, fucken cool engine builder who did it last. Will be picking it up tomorrow night cant wait.
  19. Great thanks guys, ill give a go when I get the car back.
  20. Haha, maybe I should check underthe seat. There might be a little singaporean fella still smoking under there.
  21. Took it to get fixed, hopefully no more clacking shortly. Funnily enough it stopped doing it and I didnt hear it today anywhere near as bead as before.
  22. Ta has anyone tried any of the branded stuff any better or worse?
