  1. run it through the centre grill and into the top of your cooler
  2. you want in car adjustment? just get two tunes done and have a switch, it would save you some money and you would have the peace of mind knowing it wasnt running too lean/rich when fiddling with the boost settings.
  3. bastard. should of read the comments first.
  4. Arabs are fu cking crazy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztaJROzD70Q&feature=related
  5. My understanding was tap the wire into the O2 sensor. just run it down to the ecu and tap it into the wire coming outta that.
  6. I had some on my old car. One day i came home and my flatmate was in the driveway with his head in the boot fiddling with his sub and i managed to get about a metre behind him with noticing. He just about shat his pants lol
  7. That was my understanding when it first came out, but apparently its good now. again, i will check that out.
  8. everything should bolt it fine (correct me if im wrong) but it wouldnt give you the power to be running 12's without having to alter the engine to create/handle the extra power.
  9. I was told told by my mechanic that the tuner he uses said he got the best dyno results out of force 10. I am assuming it was Dave at Dtech in tga, cause thats who he sent my car to. But I could be wrong. If i remember, i shall ask when i pick my car up.
  10. Just looking at a manifold on trademe. can anyone just confirm that this is one? i am under the understanding that v5/6 have the offset coilpack. and on 3/4 and 7/8 the runners look a bit different up the top of the intake. i know the bolt holes are different too, but cant be seen in the picture.
  11. My mate kinda did that on his V4. Id say itd be the same deal on a v7. His was more sorta built up though. I remember when he just put it in, it went absolutely loose. What exactly did you want to know?

    Air intake

im pretty sure that photoshopped...but that is a nice green
  13. if you check the listing now, hes actualy changed it to crystal however the price hasnt dropped. probably cause a bid has already been placed...i hope he informed the bidder.
  14. 120 sounds like a reasonable price. i got one of my lights replaced through an insurance job and it only cost 200 for a brand new unused one. The seller of these ones is probably advertising the thinking that they are HID and therefore pricing them accordingly. I certainly wouldnt be paying that much.
  15. i agree with the nonbranding. It does have 'all the goodies' but the reserve is still set to around 800 which is alot to spend on something like that with only a year warrenty. It should last more than a year, but it the makers though it was going to, surely theyd be prepared to stand by it for 2 years at least.
  16. oh right post september built isnt it? how do you check which version it is, as ive actualy wondererd about mine as it was first reg'd october 99.
  17. yeah they just the stock lights. If you want a set of those id happily sell mine for that much. I know there isnt any difference between the two but wouldnt they be v5 if it was 99?
  18. i could see some bastard sticking their dirty hands up my v8 scoop to rip it off if i did that to my car.
  19. i dont think that would be entirely true, as i have seen alot of people cutting holes for intercooler piping/ intakes etc.
  20. put tape over the light and carry on driving
