My gear box just started to wine in first gear. Sounds like a remote control car but the rest are sweet? Any ideas? On cost or problem???

Ok i have a V4 sti and i am replacing the ecu with another V4 Sti ecu but it has been chipped... Is this a straight one for one swap and if so where is the ecu to swap it????

Well to give you an idea on how much he cares about his car he lost the keys last year... still hasnt replaced them, thing has not moved

Cheers guys... i have come to suspect that my mate who is wanting to do it is a bit of a dreamer... he didnt forsee all the work and im pretty sure he not keen anymore but thanx for the help anyway!!!

My mate has a 1995 legacy rs and we are wondering where to start and what to do to convert it to single turbo????

Just a split in a random hose it turns out... Put it all bac togther and now the idling is fucked... if its not one thing it sure as hell is the other lol

Sweet cheers guys... ill pass that on tonight... And let you know what has been found... Pressure test showed it started leaking at about 15psi

Its at my granparents 45mins away... so im just going by what i am told over the phone

My car is leaking coolant from somewear under the inlet manifold on the turbo side... My car is in a different town as my grandad is ATEMPTING to fix it lol.... Anyways he is trying to take the manifold off so he can hopefully hone into the source of the leak... He says the manifold is mostly done and floating but cant seem to see what is still holding it down.... Anybody know what it could be or can i have a step by step guide of getting it off.... Cheers guys!!!!

Yea i looked at checking the fluids but has no dipstick and i have no hoist to lift it up straight to get an accurate reading, between this and my RM im just having major problems. Its not a good end to the year lol
