hey cheers for replies, its same as key above no electronics on it, but has separate alarm we will try getin touch with dealer and see if any numbers off the car can get a new key, otherwise door lock wil have to come out

heya, my friend has a version 7 sti and she has had the keys taken and does not have a spare, how do we go about getting new ones quickly? because its her only transport need them asap. any help would be great cheers

its a bit high i think so that probably explains leak of atf, but trans fluid is separate to diff anyways

heya guys, after a trip to auckland and back this week my legacy has developed a noticeable whine from the front im pretty sure the front diff area and also on way up after the whine was noticed it had decided to drop alot of its oil out but i cant seem to see exactly where from, it really could only come from the axle seals but they dont look very wet compared to the amount of oil that it lost. anyways im wondering the best way to go about fixing it, drop the box and fit another second hand front diff, buy a whole new box or just replace bearings and seals and possibly both gears...... or sell it cheap and cut my losses lol. seems strange as its only done 108,000km?? thought they might have lasted longer than that...

i just had my window out fixing the lock because the bolt holding the key barrell fell out, and my window is doing the exact samething and exact same car! hopefully its working in the morning lol no idea why its doing this i didnt touch the switches

cool il have a look at that, dont know why the diff is leakingits only just done 100km or is this normal for a subaru?

where is it located?

whats some good springs to throw in it?i dont want to ruin the handling of it too much, also have a leak from my rear diff now, guessing its just input shaft seal so ill have a look at that. and gearbox needsa service, do they have internal filters? orexternal?? its tiptronic

i dont really want to do much to the engine maybe just reflash the ecu and a slight exhaust nothing loud though. just lower it a tad, what springs do you guys recommend? im just doing a big service atm and might upgrade the front brakes as they need new pads and discs soon anyways

hey guys just got myself my first subaru, i recently sold my evo 1, and man im glad i moved to subaru its by far the nicest car ive ever owned, and tiptronic is great i cant get over how much of a nice car they are. i was wondering about the ridehight i want to drop it down just a fraction, what is best way of doing this? and any other recommended upgrades i do? dont want to get out of control with it because i love it as it is! also my gps/dvd is in japanese is there any way of using it? or should i bin it? cheers!
