make one man.couple sheets of alloy tapemeasure ect. Made mine out of carbon fiber. Wasn't too hard, carbon fiber, no more gaps and a rubber stopper around the top to keep it from cutting my hands when working on the car and to insulate it a bit more from the motor. Where do i get carbon fibre from? how much would it cost? where be best place to mount it? where factory 1 is on my car i have the alarm speaker and some other thing there that would make it difficult to put right behind headlight Put it where my factory one was, kept it isolated from my headlight and ran a duct from the bottom of my bumper up around the wheel well and to it through the hole where the factory box got air from. If your alarm speaker is in the way, move it, problem solved. Mount it on your firewall or something, thats where mine is.

Tein Type Gravel shocks all round, removed the G tech springs from the front and replaced them with Jamex superlows, on the hunt for another pair for the back, took off the pod filter and cold air box I put on last night because the car doesn't idle high enough when starting for a few seconds and takes longer to start when the motor is hot. Painted a fluro green lip on my front and back wheels and now sourcing a second front lip for some Herra Frush action
