  1. Yep, its the 3040 too, so will spool up faster than a 3540 but is still capable of 600hp. Have got a project engine im abandoning unfortunately, was a fully built rb21det, but sold the skyline, needed a car for work... Anyway lookin around $1800, also got brand new tial 44mm wastegate, and tial BOV... can chuck some pics up if ya want
  2. Yea even if they are comin down its still such a pain in the arse size... And no id probably rather drive up fit it then drive back ;D meh or maybe not...
  3. I gotta brand new garett gt30/40r with a .82 exhaust housing... should easily net you the numbers your after? ;D
  4. Jeez what a pain! Want to get a exhaust freighted from whakatane to queenstown... not the best towns to get it done.. But not much options and mainfreight quoted 400+! its was cheaper to get my bike from auckland to here Anyone have any good resonably priced freight companies that they use?
  5. Yea i just found the gauge thread while i was lookin round last night, def gonna go with a a-piller one, as i only have one gauge i want on there. Awesome ill keep looking round anyway...
  6. I haven't reeeeally looked yet at the airvent situation on these cars, just the r32 gtst's had a perfect sized vent for a boost gauge. I do like the look of the a-piller ones, its just hard to find a good quality colour matched one. At least they look like they are part of the interior then... Anyone know any high quality piller holders for these? or is googly or tardme my best bet...
  7. Hey just got a nice black face boost gauge for my BH, but i want it installed so it doesn't stick out like dogs balls on a canary. Whats some recommendations? Can you get decent a-arm housings that actually fit nicely? Was good in my old r32 i could put it in the drivers side heater vent hole, was stealth as. Anyway any advice or pictures of there own tidy installs would be great! Thanks!
  8. Awesome cheers everyone. 215/40/18's seem the one. the 35's are riduculously low and crash round everybump generally not making for a very nice ride...
  9. ok so looks like im stickin to the 215's, So used to havin fat tyres it's wierd using these tiny rubber strips... Anyway located in Queenstown bytheway
  10. Hey guys i need to change my tyres as they are 215/35/18's and i dont like how low the profile is... can i fit 225/40/18's or not? Anyone recommend me some good sizes? Also anyone wanna buy some mint cond 215/35/18's haha?
  11. http://homepages.ihug.co.nz/~ccgrant/bhrecord.htm Every days a school day haha...
  12. Ah yea, so you reckon remove that snorkel bit? I have searched cant really find much as in brand names and sweet f/a on tardme as far as exhausts go, just a decent cat back but im pretty sure 3inch is overkill for my application. Yea im not too worried about the firmness of the ride but when its crashing over bumps theres something not right, it does have 35 profile tyres which cant help i spose... does anyone have a decent set of teins they have used on the street with success?
  13. Or any suggestions for some adjusties that dont make the car solid as a rock? Sorta over that stage now...
  14. This is my wagon, its in three threads here now : dunno but it's exactly how i like my cars done... suttle and stealth lowered on nice wheels. Just need to put my stereo in it and make it a little louder... Actualy should go out and take some better photos, i live in qtown so theres plenty of scenic car photo places!
  15. meh actually dont worry...
  16. OK i got some model and option codes of my car, is there any site where i can look them up?
  17. Hey guys i just got a 2000 b4 manual wagon, bh5 i think... ill check the codes tomorrow... But was hoping someone could steer me in the direction of a nice deep sounding exhaust thats not too loud, and i have been reading about those zerosports turbo controllers to help out with the VOD. I brought this car thru my business and it seems pretty standard and i just want it a little bit louder and possibly sort the vod out a bit... Also a good intake for this? Basically want to do intake, exhaust, and ZS controller and just use it for work and getting up the mountain. Does the ZS controller affect reliability at all? Oh yea one more thing, its lowered on superlows with standard bilsteins but on the dash theres a suspension button that doesnt really do anything. What does it do, and would it be worth hooking back up? It's go 18's with 35 profile tyres so when it hits a bump it really HITS the bump haha... Something a little bit softer would be good as it doesnt sound to good for it.... Anyway any info is much appreciated!
