Very kind offer, but this is all pre-emptive haha - still tossing up whether or not to buy 6 speed! Currently running a V5 Type R box with DCCD, freshly rebuilt too, so hard decision here.

Awesome, thanks for the input. Definitely clears up the VSS issue. Would most likely be using current 5mt clutch (newish 6 puk)/flywheel - so 5 speed clutch fork with those? As for the selector itself (i.e. stick assembly) - any idea whether they\'re interchangeable?

Looking to do a 6 speed conversion into my V3 RA and have a few questions about the swap. Can you use a 5 speed speed sensor (i.e. VSS) on a 6 speed gbox? And can you use the selector from a 5 speed on a 6 speed? Or are they gbox specific? If so, where can one find a 6 speed VSS and selector? Any help much appreciated!
