12 pin plug is in the third column... I think you are looking at the 16 pin plug...

Yeah I have checked all of the wires multiple times. Maybe the controller is bung?

Yeah was working sweet before hand maybe vod was a bit long. Everything runs normal with controller switched off.

Yeah dip switches all set properly. Have even reset the controller. I think next step will be to refurb the BBoD and find a replacement pressure sensor...

So I am having a few issues with installing my ZS Controller. All of the wiring is done, I have checked and checked and it\'s correct as per the the manual but for some reason when I power up the unit I get cel\'s 62 Exhaust valve solenoid (vacuum) & 65 Differential pressure sensor. The check engine light turns off when I power down the controller. Also, I don\'t know whats going on but the exhaust control valve opens when I turn the controller on which I think is the reason why I\'m getting these codes. Does anyone know why this might happen? Oh yeah car is a 94 BG5A auto. ECU is a T5. Any help would be appreciated!

Installed zerosports sequential controller... Gotta check the wiring again cos I\'m getting a couple of error codes, 62 & 65. Oh well will have to sort that out tomorrow...

Just gave it a wash... only the outside though as I will probably take the dogs out later. Need to take it for a spin as I replaced the rocker cover gaskets last night and need to burn off the little bit of oil that dripped onto the exhaust manifold.

Quite possibly could be but my car has an aftermarket bumper. I may have to try tracing the wires up under the dash...

So I have had my legacy for about 2 years and still dunno what this switch is for... Maybe someone can enlighten me?

To me its sounds like you need a new battery. Similar thing happened to me in my old lancer and again a couple of months ago happened to my sisters diamante.

So it seems I am an idiot and neglected to check one of the fuses from the brain of the system so its all sorted now! I think this may be the last time I install my own car alarm!

I decided to install an alarm all on my own in my 94 BG5 Legacy and have almost everything set up and working... The only thing thats left to do is the indicator flashes. Anyone know which wire to tap into and whereabouts its positioned? Its not a big deal. I could probably live without them but if anyone could let me know, that would be awesome!
