lol i hope not having the cat out will it make it alot louder? its not illegal to decat is it?

what is it? exhaust temp sensor? or an 02? is it not needed? does anyone know if manual or auto exhausts are different in the BG models?

so i went for a wof today and i failed on 3 exhaust leaks which i knew of turns out theres a hole in the cat at the mid section i got it priced by a exhaust speciallist to fixed and they qouted $200+ labour. So i found another exhaust sytem from a wreckers which i found out is catless. (cat been cut out and pipe welded in) that i wanted to just put in instead of payingh someone to weld up exhaust and put new cat in.My cat has a sensor going to i thunk its a sesnsor so if i use this new exhaust which ive paid for what do i do with the wire going to it?

i know keith personally dealt with him alot hes legit when it comes to rebuilds

where on the handbreak do u put the wire?

ive got a turbo timer an apexi pen style one which is straight plug in everything plugs in except two loose wires a solid black wire and solid brown wire im semi guessing the black wire is an earth? maybe and the brown wire is to go to handbreak? Also once installed the turbotimer shouldnt effect my alarm?

Could it be caused by cold wet weather getting into exhaust? Got couple bug holed in midsection

done vac leak check and seems like everything is sweet when idle drops the boost gauge doesnt move on vac idle which leads me to believe theres no vac leak hopefully it sits solid on 18

nah it doesnt do it at all when cold only when i give it abita boost as soon as i tap accelerator it comes back up to 800rpm ish and idles sweeet. also overboosting still happens only on cold start when warmed up it doesnt overboost and cut,

nah my leak is at mid section where dumppipe joins up. sometimes my idle will drop quite low

what symptoms will a bad exhaust leak cause? can it cause issues with 02 sensor and idle?

ok strangely issue has fixed itseld and no longer oveboosts it boosts solid 16psi and sometimes spikes to 18

did u leave restrictor pil in? and how far can u wind your boost upto?

hmm mayb my pills blocked or twisted apparently can cause overboosting

howmuch boost you running and how have you got it setup?

using a pill out of the black box lol not sure what size it is my expierence with MBC are that you either run wastegate pressure or freeboost never worked for me
