  1. v3/4 converted GTB legacy so ive sort of fixed half the issue its intermittent now. On full throttle it will spike up to 20psi mayb more my gauage will only read 20 and it will then boost cut. sometimes is will boost solid 16psi and not spike. Ive tried 3 other boost solenoids and none made a differnce ive double checked wiring and everything is where it should be. i swaped A3 and A19 on Plug B137 ive run wastegate pressure from turbo nipple to gate actuator with no problems.
  2. yeah it runs wastgate pressure all good no cut must be solenoid ive tried another one and having same issue il check my wiring in the daytime tomorrow
  3. Just wondering if it's wired wrong and causing boost issue. Il try other solenoids. Also the ristrucyor pill does go in between turbo nipple and t piece?
  4. In the conversion which sikdnoid is the one j need swap wires for the single turbo ecu to talk to?
  5. V3/4 gtb converted vf23 yellow split fuel rail 6s ecu orange airfliwmeter samco sport black silicone intake. I put restrictor pill in between t piece and turbo nipple
  6. can overboost cause a boost cut my boost gauge reads to 20psi and when it hits 20 it bounces on the gauage as if its tryna read more boost and car spits and cuts
  7. is it possible to wire up a square plug alternator onto a round plug. on an earlyer model legacy. The sqaure plug legacy alternators have two wires and the earlyer model legacys have the round 4 wire plug any help cheers
  8. Yea it looked shagged as like you described above all of the turbos had exact same symptoms . I used a new banjo bolt and line
  9. all the previous turbos would blow after 2mins driving to. and the shafts in the inside of the turbo snapped
  10. and bang on the money i pulled the oil feed bolt out and holy crap it was blocked it was the turbo bolt with the 1mm hole i put in the one from my other wagon which i knew was good and got it all going and was freaking out the whole time waiting for the turbo to go bang again lmao. but nope seems everything is allllll gooood haha thank fk.
  11. so just a wee update. I got sick of trying to diagnose it and search for the issue so i bought another car minus turbo. I bought back my old wagon converted from twin to single for the motor as i know it was defintely a good one and a much better motor in general. dropped it in last night plumbed evreything back up again amd boom issue was gone... im figuring the motor was abit buggered
  12. What are main causes of turbos constantly blowing on a motor I've got a motor that keeps chewing turbos up and spitting them out ? Help please looking at putting a nice vf 24 on it and would like this one to last lol
  13. Ok I'll try that pm me rossub
  14. Driver back injector yellow - blue and red stripe front is yellow - black red stripe
  15. also does it matter what length leads go to which cylinder? as long as they all plug up and reach properly?
  16. also checked my 12v feed to coilpack and its coming off the same 12v as what my IACV is getting
  17. ok so i tested each lead and plug there was spark coming out of each lead and plug it wasnt a really strong blue spark but there was something there
  18. Also during test drive it would hesitate sometimes then boost clean was quite spluttery. And on decel it would sound like it was running on all 4 at higher revs . Quite boggy down low but would pick up and boost then spit and hesitate . Definitely feels like spark or fuel . Frustrating
  19. Ok sweet just tryna avoid getting shocked haha
  20. Can I hold the lead when doing it and where in block would be good spot
  21. wsa kinda hard to see will double check tomorrow and get someone to give me a hand
  22. yup it did spark i had to lay it on the manifold and peak through a small gap between bonnet. from what i could see it was sparking
  23. sparkplugs are near new and leads are all a ok. lol i cleaned the sparkplugs up anyways. so i did try pulling the injector plugs only on the drivers side and it made no differnce to the running
  24. ok thanks rossub il do that first and eliminate that
