  1. ESPECIALLY when f**kwits are getting "christchurch car thieves" tattooed across their back. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=415407571813304&set=a.351296071557788.86922.100000321940875&type=1&theater
  2. Yup single wire with black and yellow casing. It comes directly out of the fuel pump plug (larger plug of the two) under back seat. I tried to find it along the driver door sill to tap into it there but couldn't find it so it either changes colour further away from plug or more so I wasn't keen to keep unravelling all the wiring along there. Cutting it a few inches back from fuel pump plug worked out well anyway and running longer wiring. Cheers
  3. Thanks for the help, have it sorted now with all working. I think it was down to bad joiners I was using as pulled it all apart and put it back together without them and it's fine. Also if anyone else wants to do this mod and wondering what wire it is, it's the Black and Yellow one. Cheers
  4. Cheers. However, should the gauge not be going anyway as effectively all I have done it made the wiring longer, and circuit should still be the same when on?? I will go check fuses to make sure none have popped then connect wire I cut without the switch and see if it makes any diff. Cheers
  5. Always reading empty, off or on. Just been messing round with connectors to no avail. Where are the interior fuse boxes in these? Cheers
  6. Hey, just wanting a little help with something. I have just put my fuel pump on a switch and tested it, it works fine etc. However now the fuel gauge reads Empty and low fuel light is on? It's a 2001 WRX. Anyone know why this has happened? Everything else is fine? Thanks in advance
