That definition of hydro lock doesn\'t come close to sounding like what decimates described or taped. While I would be a fool to say it hasn\'t happened the engine didn\'t seem to struggle to start or look like stalling
I see what you\'re saying......hmmm hopefully, it was a good 45 secs of cranking before it started, when it finally started (ie went above cranking speed) it pushed out the last of the water with it so the resistance would have been getting progressively less.
I want to tune but there is a couple options do I get an expensive tune or get a chip wich may do the same thing?? Let me know if you have either and if there are pros and cons from your experience cheers

Sweet as I have borrowed a mbc off a mate to see what it's like with no mods goes well on 18psi no problems I think a tune and free up some exhaust it'll be sweet I did here somewhere they can go up to 20/ 21psi but I'm not gonna push it yet . I don't think the center dash is the same as v4 had no clock or gauges just a lid ???
Where the hell are 1999 v6 sti center dash consoles they are as rare as hens teeth? I have found a couple but they want an arm and a leg for it any one wrecking any foresters or sti with them in it cheers?
My sti had the same problem got told it was cylinders got them both replaced and it was still doing the same thing bleed it still the same thing got told need new pedals? I was like fuck that so bleed it again and it was better then ever mine has done about the same Kms had no probs since . Hard to get good help lol
