  1. I work as a rep for one of the major adhesive companies in NZ - what are the two substrates you're trying to stick together? Most contact adhesives are nitrile based so don't cope well with prolonged heat or repeated heat cycles. PM me and I might be able to sort something out for you.
  2. Just the basics so far. New under-manifold intake hose, silicone intercooler hose, wrapped the TMIC with DEi heat-tape, removed resonator in fender. Just simple stuff so far. My Forester is a manual so I haven't noticed any issues. What are you experiencing?
  3. Nice, another Foz member! I've got an SF5C too. 230kms and still goes good with no smoke. They're great engines eh? Heres mine You're's is definitely a bit more tidy though...and I'd love to have that front lip. Welcome!
  4. Cheers Dacer, yep I do know about the Flatnats and I'm planning on being there next year. Looking forward to it.
  5. Ah mean! Here's a photo of it after fitting GC8 STi suspension and new shoes, give me a toot if you see me out and about! I'd love to put a C.S sticker on it, any idea where to get one?

    Hello all!

I've got a Rev C and was under the impression the only way to tune was through a Link ECU - are you saying there's a way to reflash the stock ECU?
  7. Cheers bro! Definitely don't see too many Foresters around town, well not compared to WRXs, GT Legacies etc.
  8. In the market for a red silicon inlet hose, however all the ones on Amazon seem to have five inlets like this http://www.amazon.com/Perrin-02-07-Subaru-04-11-Inlet/dp/B008H4IXJG/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1442562810&sr=8-9&keywords=perrin+inlet My 2000 Forester doesn't have the front hose connection (closest to the 90 degree bend) and from what I can tell I need a GC8 99-00 V5/6 inlet hose. However I can't find one of a decent brand anywhere. I understand Samco does one but I can't find one for the life of me, either locally or overseas. Anyone have any leads on where I could find one?
  9. Thought I'd introduce myself - I'm John and I'm pretty new to ClubSub, although not new to Subarus. Currently am driving a 2000 Forester S/TB, but have owned heaps of different types, 89 RS Legacy, Leones, Brumbies, etc. Saw a tidy grey RS Legacy with the Clubsub logo on the quarter window on Blenheim Road which reminded me to get on here. So hi!
  10. Is there any performance gain to using these? Seems like just a cosmetic thing...I'd probably pass.
  11. Anyone know anywhere to get a decent turbo-back exhaust setup for an SF5 Forester? Do the SG exhaust kits bolt up without too much issue?
