  1. Pm me about them bro, I have them listed in the for sale section
  2. That\'s awesome man! Are you going to sell it or fix it up and keep it?
  3. My mate has a silver v6 sti with white DTM gt37\'s and it looks pretty cool I reckon!
  4. Well not necessarily rotas even drift teks are cool! But those D1R\'s are on trade me
  5. I was looking at white rota grids that could look cool! But then I\'d have to put it on super lows or something similar to set them off well!
  6. Hey all, Recently just brought a BH Legacy in Silver and i\'m wanting to put some wheels on it as I dislike how it looks with gold v7 STI wheels, Don\'t mind spending abit just as long as the car looks awesome, Suggestions are invited! Cheers.
  7. got my clutch and fly wheel changed by a different mechanic this time round hoping that this would fix my violent shudder upon releasing the clutch but its still there and now I\'m extremely fusstrated as no one can figure it out.. please help!
  8. Just wondering the differences between the two cars, Cheers.
  9. I more than likely will go for a lightened one as the pros seem to be out weighing the cons so far!
  10. basically a pros and cons thread so I can make a better decision on what to go with, spoke to Neil at Auto Clutch and he told me i\'d be losing HP for the sake of getting the revs up quicker, Also apparently with a light weight fly wheel you wont have as much torque where as with a heaver one they generate more torque, Ideally i\'d like some info from some one who has one in their Subie and can tell me what they like about it!
  11. Found a Subaru I want to buy but can\'t go and get it, Any of you know how much I\'d be looking at? Cheers.
  12. Well the way I see it is you bolt the clutch to the fly wheel and use an alignment tool there is next to no way of doing it wrong, Now when it comes time to fitting the box wouldn\'t the dowels or what ever they are sticking out of the motor support the weight of the box?? I had a mech do this so i\'m just trying to find out what is up exactly
  13. Also it has a vibration when when accelerating and some times you can feel the car shake on idle so this to me points to the fly wheel being out of balance / incorrect machining
  14. A little bit of shudder is expected on a higher performance clutch but not to the extent that I am experiencing, It actually smokes reversing up a steep drive way, I\'m pretty sure the surface isn\'t fully smooth on the fly wheel tbh.
  15. Elan Should have just asked me haha! I have a genuine sti clutch that\'s had the pressure plate up rated by Auto Clutch and a Kevlar clutch plate fitted instead of an Organic.. All this would be good if BNT actually machined the fly wheel properly cause it shudders like a bitch :-\ I\'ll bring the b4 round and show you haha.
  16. 16psi on primary and 18psi on twins is acceptable, however you can run a boost tap and have identical numbers on both turbos so if you went that direction 15-16psi is fine
  17. i\'m guessing you take the front axles out and put a plug or something in the hubs? what do you do with the center diff? cheers.
  18. When it hits secondary it used to be 16psi and around 12psi on primary, this trick doesn\'t alter the boost levels on secondary / parallel it only makes the primary turbo more responsive.. I\'m not sure why your making a big issue out of it haha its not like its going to be running 18 or more psi on primary :L
  19. It isn\'t free boosting at all.. if you want to do that then you disconnect line 23 going to the wg on the primary turbo.. I understand the twin turbo system perfectly well and there are many simple mods you can do to help make it better. I wouldn\'t be telling people to do something if it\'d harm their engine lol..
  20. disconnect vacuum line 5 and block it up with a screw / bolt.. the result is waaaaaay more pull on primary actually quite noticeable in the higher gears.. 1st is much the same however I don\'t have my boost gauge hooked up atm but i\'m sure the boost has raised as well! have fun
