Ok,
So what i did in the last week was take the thing out and check out whats on the back, i found that it indeed has a yellow compisite video plug! YAY!
Unfortunatly the only thing i had at my flat which i could test was my ps3, so screw it i carried it out with an extension cord and pluged it into the screen! it worked ish. the ps3 out puts pals not ntsc or whatever that the screen wants so back to the drawing board. at my mums i had a raspberry pi doing nothing which some people put raspbmc on which is like xbox media center. those that dont know raspberry pi is like a 50 dolla pc which runs on lynix open source. Now i loaded mine up and hooked it up to the screen, this presented better results but a hell of a lot better. just trying to change the resolution and see if i can improve it. i intend to use this as a media center in my car with a hdd hooked up for unlimited music and videos or pictures safe as house when not driving. not so much for driving
