Ordered more stuff for my custom tail lights, proves to take a while to get the stuff when ordering from China

Found constant white smoke coming out of the exhaust when giving it a bit of crap, only after VOD, thinking secondary might be on its way out, replace turbo or single T it? Decisions decisions

Joker that video quality is so bad Looks like they've just stuck a fisheye lens on a 480p camera.
For comparison, this is from my dashcam which I've had for a few years now:
I'm looking at getting a new dashcam that's a bit more discreet than my current one. Current one doesn't fit very well in the new Legacy due to rearview mirror, rain/light sensor and sun visors.
Kinda wanna get a dash cam just to make a “Bad drivers of Rotorua” now, so many bad drivers here- 1

Where did you find the gauge pod?

Depending on how long ago you bought it, isn’t the previous owner liable to fix these things?

Saw someone on Facebook saying Subaroo spares in Hamilton is going out of business next week, can anyone confirm or have more info?

I see heaps of cars with tint even on headlights, I guess they dont police it as much as I have had mine tinted somewhat for a while now and no probs. I still have another brake light too so its not like all my brake lights are tinted and its still easy enough to see if the lights are on.
If there is ever a problem, I'll take it off or get V8 conversion. Not a huge fan of V7 wagon tail lights.
Knowing a policeman quite well (my dad) he said he only pulls people over if they’re insanely dark and you can barely see the light or if he’s feeling really nit picky, kinda like those headlight covers, the tinted ones are illegal but you see them everywhere -
Mine got a WOF with tail lights in pic above. I imagine they would fail WOF if it was illegal right?
Have had a chat to the guy who does my wof about it before and he passes them if they aren’t too dark and are even on both sides, but yea, it’s not legal -
Changed the oil, found an oil leak, leaving it for another day

Got my flexible DRL’s with switchback indicators today and decided to check if they worked, don’t mind the dodgy wiring
-
Its going to be quite difficult, the shortest the drls im using can be are 30cm, not to mention the lights themselves are an abnormal size, thinking of also making my own lenses while im at it
Will look mint if done right. Keen to see someone do it right. Skill and quality of the implementation is what lets most DIY lighting jobs down.

Thinking of something like this
Interested to see what you do with these

Kinda wish i lived in auckland now, this game looks like a bit of fun, think Rotorua is a bit small for a game like this, also think id be the only one playing haha

Is this opportunity only available to Conducks or can i come too?
Didn't have time to watch it all. But wheres the drifting at? Given your age and the fact you seem to know the answers to everything, I would have expected you to be chucking it in backwards at least at the hairpin and driving somewhere approaching the limit of adhesion.
Good to see you have tried out the track. But if you ever want to drive properly fast, come to Wellington to one of our hillclimb *actual motorsport* events. Happy to take you out as a passenger and help encourage you to do this stuff legally more often, as once you realise that you can race fast round corners legally, that's much more fun than this straight line sh*t!
Ohh and if you ever go back to the track, please make sure to get a driving instructor, you might learn some stuff. Turns out those guys that have been racing for a long time do actually know more than the average driver

We are fine with you posting on here, or atleast i am, its just that it seems like youre bragging and it makes you seem really immature, just gotta look at it from other peoples point of view. And if people knew you were part of clubsub and saw you doing silly stuff it brings down the reputation of the club and i think thats partly why other members are having a go, the other part is we dont want to see you get in an accident, i personally like your car and wish i had one of my own. But anyway lets get back on topic before RAYDEO tells us all off again
Yupppp I tell heaps of stories.........
Whenever I post on here it manages to cause a fuss so I’m probably just gonna stop.

Pretty sure there already is a couple of threads about that hahaLets get back on topic. Continual lecturing and arguing is not gonna solve anything

Tried that, but its inside the lens
Best way to remove it is to spray on another layer and wipe it straight off with a dry rag.

Cut and polished the niteshade off my tail lights, now they look like smashed glass

I just got the headlights and HID adjuster switch, tried to get a grille but they were all broken, same with the bumpersNice, what parts?

Finally got the front lip back from the paint shop, not impressed with how they returned it, looks like it didnt get sanded down before paint and theres lots of dirt in the paint but hey, was a cheap paint job and looks good from a distance
