Haven't actually installed it yet, but had some toys arrive over the weekend:

Would it be the same for the water>Air I/C, just thread at the joiner to the TB?
-
How do you mount it there?
Haven't received mine yet, but I assume it's a threaded sensor?
-
Was hoping to go, but don't think I'll be making it this year
-
Did a 5 speed in my driveway with just jacks etc, wasn't too bad with two people...
I'm sure you'll have fun removing a 6 speed by yourself.
With the right jacks etc it shouldn't be too bad though.

DCC = Dannevirke Car Club
OSCC = Otago Sports Car Club
ESCC = Eastern Southland Car Club
And yeah, Club events have stopped me being an idiot on the roads, Much more fun being an organised event, and much much safer.
-
can be up to the CoC disgression / event case by case basis sans cage, a competent driver & safe car can be allowed to compete as per regs, big drop-offs & a rouge driver are often turned away or told to try next time / come back later
Yeah, and it's usually fair enough too, I was marshalling at the Ngapara hill climb earlier this year, and on the corner I was on I watched a Civic go right over the cliff.
Thankfully they had a cage and they were all safe, but that was at an event where a cage wasn't required, so we're lucky that the only car that went off there actually did have one.

I've seen the DCC seem to do quite a few good events, kinda jealous there .
ESCC/OSCC do some good ones, but most ESCC ones require a cage.

Could be keen....
-
Ouch, shouldn't be too much to repair that, should it?
Still sucks that some people just don't take pride in their work.
-
Tried to clean up my new seats, going to need a rug Dr I think...
-
Ahh, fair enough then.
-
Yeah sadly only forged pistons.
No option to upgrade to forged rods?
-
PBMS have a special advertised at the moment for an assembled 207 short block with forged pistons for $2600....

The RA's turbine wheel decided that it no longer wanted to have a long distance relationship with the housing, and decided on cold start this afternoon to finally give the housing the kiss it's been dreaming of.
Now to find a replacement turbo, or get this one rebuilt...
-
Fuel pump for the RA arrived yesterday, hopefully throw it in this weekend sometime and see if it fixes any issues.
Still need to sort the grounds for the ECU too....
-
That's a pretty damn good price!
-
Need to remove those stickers to clean it up a bit more still...
-
Run a compression test, check spark etc.
Could be anything from a spark plug thrown out, or much worse.
-
That does look quite quick off the line!
Possibly broke gearbox where pin slides thro. Easy to tell just pull the fork pin out.Had exactly that happen to one of my Legacy's, we didn't realise that there was a cap to hold that in, and it worked itself out, and snapped the housing a little...
-
Doesn't work for my numberplate, but still awesome that it's dropping!
-
Straight black, or white, can be a little boring, but also easy to touch up when required.
-
I spy my legacy in that photo
