Id be checking the new fuel pump for bad connections somewhere.
Probably the most logical place to start.
-
Its pretty common.
Clean your ICV as mentioned they just get a little sticky.
-
just dont be a hard core knuckle cruncher who posts that theyre gonna f*ck up some $%#%^&^% who steals their car. Probably wont do you any favours in court regardless of the circumstances.

any so called 'knuckle cruncher' i knew personally and was 'defending' whats rightfully theres would get 110% A class personal character reference from me..
You protect your own.
HYFR.
You should be able to defend your property with lethal force imo.
Look at the dude who killed that fuckwit tagger.
Went overboard ultimately but was fundamentally in the right - defending his own property. This was demonstrated in the relatively light sentance he got.

ppl like stealing dogs too : nothing is 100% safe

We're cool around here like that :
fucker.
I really hope someone out there is keeping a list of all these pricks who are convicted on cruelty charges and is going to kidnap them all and slowly torture them to death.
Be what they deserve.

personally my cars live in a locked garage with motion sensor security light covering approach to garage.
Dog is in house - he is more for property alarm.
-
I would be sleeping in it just hoping someone had a go.
I would love to kneecap a potential car thief. I was close once, chased a prick that was trying to get my BC down the road with a baseball bat. Surprising how fast the little s***s can be when a crazy white dude is chasing them and telling them that they are gonna spend the next 6 months in hospital...
I would have made good on my promise too...

I vote ford XR6 turbo ute.
Feck nissans they driven by fags mainly.
-
A conversion of this nature is what i term a "WOFTAM".
Buy an actual Holden.
-
have you tried using I/C water spray?
Different approach to same problem but easier to run hose than a fan
-
Fair enough mate.
Im no boy racer and so the twin turbo thing hasnt worried me as yet. Have more than enough grunt for your daily driver imo.

what do you want the Forester for?
Personally whilst I liked it I found it lacking on some fronts:
1. Whilst the boot space is "tall" its not deep and actually you cant fit much into it.
2. It is no more capable off road or as a ski car for example than any other 4wd subaru.
Cool car but GTB wagon definately a better fit for me.....but you might be different
-
Yes.
My v2 sedan had it there.
-
What was cost for each part of the process?
Thats decent pull at wheels. Will auto box be sweet at that level?
-
Depends what you want for it man.
If its a quick tidy up, revin and flick on you will make $$.
If you are wanting to sink serious time and effort and require adequete recompense a' la Boostin then I think you are dreaming for a BF.
You will move it for $3k easy revinned.
-
re-vin, touch up and sell????

my name is Ross 31 years young have owned Subarus for over ten years now including a 1996 WRX, 2000 STB forester and now a 2001 GTB wagon.
I am a qualified high school teacher but kids bothered me off to much so didnt actually do that and became a career banker. Currently a Business Manager for a major bank focused on SME and mid-Market businesses. Career aspiration is to become a Corporate Manager and then move to Hong Kong or Singapore and specialise in managing NZ/Australian company interests there for a large bank.
Have tried to do what I can do to my cars ie basic servicing and mods etc but if anything serious needs done Id sooner pay someone than do it myself as:
1. My cars have all been dailies and cant afford them to be off road due to my bother ups / while I take time to figure s*** out.
2. I have little time to devote to cars really with family and work taking up a lot of time.
Cheers

Best tyres I have had have been the potenza RE070? That come stock on v7 sti
/quote]
I got over them pretty quickly for an everyday street tyre. They're twitchy, hard and loud. But damn do they go around corners!
great handling tyre but you are right twitchy.
Couldnt hear them over 3" exhaust lol

I has a toddler who makes me play the wiggles so dont give a shit what speakers I have.
But fyi its the factory GTB setup with some alpine head unit.
-
yeah thats a goodie.
Obviously be pretty thorough on independant assessment of vehicle and you are go.
If looking at SUV with some luxury the jeep grand limiteds are hard to beat.
Tend to be more expensive to run than euros though??? Guess if thats a consideration dont buy something the size of a small house lol
-
ideal - just the km / $$ thing doesnt do it for me.
200kms is jack shit for a decent diesel engine

funny as shit.
NBA rookie of the year Kyrie Irving is made up as an old man and schools all the "young bucks" on a local court.
Probably a setup but still funny
