Slapped some extractors on the RS. topped it up with water n oil and started the new engine for the first time.. now just gota bleed the brakes n geta custom bonnet made then of to the tuners in tga..
Removed the SARD Fuel Regulator i got from trademe that leaked like F**k and replaced it with a brand new TurboSmart FPR800.. No more leaks!!!

Found some hair line fractures on the top of my short block by the water manifold in the RS... Talk about FARK me off!!! After all the hard work ive done then find that!! Was gona fire it up as soon as my walbro filter sock turned up on the courier from PRO WHOLESALE but ahh naa!! New block time i think... uck it all... more $$$$

Tidy up the bay in my BC RS, moved the windscreen washer to the the boot and extended lines and wires to suit, fitted some nice Ver 5 Red 4 Pots also.. oh and tyre shined the tyres!!
Any one got drilled or slotted 294mm Rotors for sale to top it off???
in my RS BC5 the wires are:
To the plug is
Red - green stripe
Yellow - black stripe
Yellow - green stripe
Plug to factory map is
Green
Pink
White
New map is
A = Black
B = Orange
C = Yellow

Braided some more hoses on the RS, swaped the factory ECU for the new Possum Link and mounted the hand controller on the ash tray.. just need to put battery in the boot and wire it up, bleed brakes then with a lil luck fire her up n see how she goes...
In the RS.. Moved the header tank to where the A/C usually sits, installed my new custom Gilmore belt drive setup, installed a catch can. ordered heaps of silicone hose to tidy up the bay.. And on the GT, pulled some more wires out, jaked it up, looked underneath but couldnt be arsed removing rear subframe to get template for new R200 rear diff..
Finally removed the ABS unit on the BC and replaced front lines with new ones to suit, all parts courtesy of HIJACKA.. Cheers man!! Had to remove the brake booster to get to the front left line.. Thort it was gona be a quick n easy swap but ahh naa! Anyway its done now!. So much more room for the airfilter.. Slapped a K&N 9" on there.. Looks mean!!
Pulled the intake off ready for the 440s and braided lines etc in the RS, scored a Possum Link for it too YEAHHH!!!.. then the mrs started moaning coz i spend to much time (and money) in the shed.. wait till the RS is done babe then i gota shit load more to do on the GT.. see what shes says then...
