  4. They are easy as to change yourself - just find some Bilsteins off Trade me and do them yourself, then $40 pingers to get the allignment done. what i would do anyway
  5. I have some V3 Sti springs here that you could have for not much - have a lot in the FOR SALE section here for other bits being sold and people are really good. Get your shocks rebuilt and hey presto - you have good as new and lowered for cheap. PM me if you cant find my listing
  6. front and rear sway bars, strut brace, antilift lit are good places to start. Underbody (K frame) brace is another, and b-pillar brace. That link doesnt look like factory suspension to me at all - looks like adjustables I think 41 auto were doing some BC adjustables, or maybe it was redline (i cant remember).. but adjustables arent my area of expertise. R888's would do you well as a track tyre and are still road legal (will get hairy in the wet though)
  7. and there it is.. (it still shows up when you quote... very sneaky)
  8. cheers guys, also agree. Engine bay pics to follow once its finished.
  9. If its just road use - nah just stay with a normal rotor. If you feel like being a bit spirited then get some up-rated pads, and flush your brake fluid changing to some stuff that wont boil so easily... Motul RB660 i think is one product.. or a DOT 5.1 Pads and brands are personal preference - theres a few threads in the other boards about pad choice. yer BNT do all the good bits you might need for road driving
  10. What did you pay for yours Keltik? What ones did you get..
  11. mine is a mat finish... not metallic.. in case it looks that way
  12. yes.. simply by altering the "ratio" figure will make the figures go all over the show. Rick (ichi) started explaining this to me the other night but i glazed over pretty quick, *waits for him to come and explain properly*
  13. yup Richard def has a new one.. I havent heard anything about "Shred"... Will be interested in results/price/how they were to deal with etc.
  14. oh what.. really? shit i was there about three weeks ago. Fair enough then. Wonder what the story is there... edit.. yes Richard does have a new dyno - my car went on the new one.
  15. yes Richard is still there best bet is to make the time to go past and see him in person
  16. WTD: someone coming from AKL towards Wellington to bring a harness (no room required) and a B-Pillar brace(inside cabin) that folds in half. No weight really and minimal room req. Items 100% clean. Happy to provide refreshments on arrival or pick up lower North island. Pm me if your heading this way.
  17. haha no no i'd already done the manifold previous..
  18. The new engine is complete.. Headers here today and turbo might be here this week. Car might be live over the weekend.
  19. ermm i dont think thats your O2 sensor.. o2 should be on the exhaust down pipe or maybe on the uppipe (if mater b4)... i think. Mine sensor looked just like this and was located just off the turbo near the brake master cylinder.
  20. Just used the Ripco CRC wheel cleaner (black spray bottle) on my rims and they came like up brand new.. very impressed, a ripco product actually worked.. Used soapy water in the past + bottle brush and also just a good job
  21. multimeter acorss it to see if the curcit is running...
  22. oh yer totaly.. its just meaningless with out knowing what car they drive, what octane and what type of driving and aircon used or not.. also manual or auto just trying to make it constructive
