  1. :) You are welcome to post the following for me. Its a non issue for me. I am not following the thread that have so much contention and taking the time out to reply to you. I have been asked not to waste too much time on such post, since I have a class of customers that expect the best and my attention paid to them.

    1. I believe I did, but I will have to check and see. My profession is Cybersecurity. Tuning is my other profession that maybe soon, become my main one. I want to get into motorsports, but Cybersecurity is also very rewarding. i am not sure as cars are going Electric :)
    2. I do agree in that and that was not my aim. Because I calibrate, it takes up too much of my time that I have hardly any time for anything else. Many tuners just tweak. No real tuning. XRT was born out of tuning research where we not only drive the cars for testing, but tunes and exceed the customers expectations. Most take part in Motorsports. This is why we (me included) are passionate in tuning and promotes good tuning mentalities.
    3. If time allows, I would. Persons are always welcome to msg me. Not looking for respect. It is earned through the work I do. The market I cater to expects a high calibrate of tuning and I mostly get customers who tuners failed to do good work. Many of those tuners are know here and around the world. For instant, I am being asked to take up the slack for a well known Aussie tuner.

    Cheer mate.

  2. I did PM you and asked not to spam, which you basically rubbished then resorted to calling me an immature child when you could barely string together a sentence.

everything you post is dribble. You have no interest in helping anyone or supplying information or you would be doing it already. The only reason your here is to direct traffic to your external site/business.

Maybe in your distant country you have tuner problems, we don't seem to have them here, out tuners are bound by contracts and law, and on top of that have a genuine reputation they seek to uphold.

I'm not an admin, if I was I would have banned you without warning. Just to be clear.

  3. You're full of S*** ! Barely able to string together a sentence in proper English.

"So are you sir. Childish and very immature and should never be allowed to moderate a forum.

We will have no further discussion. I do not have conversation with unmannerly teens or youth. If you are much old, please show some maturity.

I do not back down to arrogant unmannerly people "

    and

"Here have not special. Just childish. Grow up and be a man.  Stop being bitchy like a woman. If you were raise single parent by a woman or women, learn to be a man by check man history. Cheers.

    Good bye."

Lol, spam you business some more on here? Every posy from you is linking to an external site. F*** off maybe yea?

There are plenty of legit club backed businesses on here, and they all advertise less than you have in the short stint you've been here. Politely F*** off.

  5. As others have said free flow exhaust does add boost. I doubt it will be leaning out anywhere near enough to cause an issue. Stock tune is hella rich. But I do endorse getting a wideband for the sakes of having one, they're quite handy things to have and a good way to see if something is wrong.

Old 4 plug ecu can be chip tuned, but it's stupidly tedious and overly complicated (no live tune tho).

  6. Either should work, you won't be able to push much past 200wkw from what I read. Basically an ej205 with some better bits. Open deck engine, 9:5:1 compression,480cc injectors, good low down power but cams not setup for top end power,  so probably not a good idea to push it too far unless you have access to premium fuels like e85 ect.

My pick would probably be the vf52, the td05 is more of a "top end power turbo" esp at that 20g size on an ej20 engine.

Some fellas in auzzy are running like gt30 and gt28 on them up around 250kw BUT on e85

    I'm disagreeing

Even a stock evo (or similar) intercooler and a an ebay piping kit will be a massive improvement over the stock subaru offering

I agree for anything pre 2000 is pretty much garbage for any above average power levels. The v7 sti cooler is pretty decent, seen it hold 240kw pretty nicely. Shrouds and airflow are key.

Below 200kw the stock coolers perform within a safe range, the front mount will work significantly better in all the tests I've seen documented. RDL reckoned about 200rpm difference between a front mount and top mount both on tuned ecu when they tested it.

  8. if you want something that will hold value get a bc5 :P they are already going up in price, although finding an original one in good order is nearly impossible.

As the others have said, that 94 wrx is worthless. STI RA is probably the only gc8 which seems to hold it's value.

  9. I got the rockwell rotary buffer from supercheap and what a heap of S*** that thing is, speed 1 doesn't even turn, speed 2 turns so slowly you can't even put it on the paint without it stopping instantly and speed 3 is like too fast to even polish with lol. Maybe mines faulty I dunno, but def stay away from them.

I've heard good things about the rockwell DA which I'll probably go for next.

product wise you'll need cuttiing compound, wax for polishing, a cutting pad, a microfibre/polishing pad, clay bars, soft yellow sponge wax applicator pads, microfiber towels (at least 6-10) and I think that should get you started pretty nicely. Aliexpress has these dirt cheap if you don't mind waiting a month or so.

Do yourself a favour and grab the microfiber cutting/polishing pads, and get your product from the likes of pacer.co.nz or the sprayshop here in chch

I love meguiars but the NZ supplier is a frekn wanker and slaps like a 300% markup on the stuff. If you import it from USA it's 1/4 the price (if anyone knows a local shop importing it and not charging through the teeth please let me know lol) , supercheap wants 46$ a bottle in usa they charge under 10usd lol.

As for polishing tips I'm a real amateur lol, follow the youtube videos from AMMO, he explains things quite well and it helps sort of put things in context.

  10. what sort of little F***wit uses a fake name on facebook to buy/sell/trade parts? He's probably running a chop shop on the side dodgy C***. Also no tracking number=bs in my eyes, supply the item, a refund, or proof of shipping. Not buyers fault seller is sloppy. Court will see it that way too.

  11. Oddly enough I'd have some hope in those 2 fellas coming through for you. When I got scammed on tardme those 2 fellas went out of there way to find the guy and eventually I got my item. I really should find a way to send those 2 a box of beer for helping me out. That being said I don't know them personally . Nor would I give them money again (that's a whole nother story I'm not going into).

Brian is on here as @fbssub1. I don't know William at all but he seems legit.

This is a timely reminder for all members to be careful handing out money to people you don't know over the internet via here or facebook. Always do so at a caution and if in doubt ASK for references. An honest trader has no problem with people asking for character references.

I also believe @evowrx knows Brian
