Just wanted to add my 10 cents. Never had any work done at Crowesport, and never will. Anyway, a while ago I was selling a Legacy with a freshly rebuilt engine.
One of the potential buyers took it to Crowesport to get checked. They found a few small wear issues in the suspension that were fair enough and noted some other small defects that were also valid, though a bit pedantic. But then they stated that the headgasket was probably blown. I asked the potential buyer how they tested it and they said they smelled gas in the overflow. I was pretty freaked out as the engine recently rebuilt and was crack tested, everything planed, new MLS gaskets etc.
One leak down test later and ..... no issue found, missed sale. Thanks Crowesport.
