I give it a minute before driving off, I just be nice until engine is up to operating temp, lucky its just as I am getting onto the motorway so I can BEEEWWWST then
how much are they HKS or K&N filters?

Like they K&N they are washable. They are dry type filter also.
I found that if they are facing the wrong way they will chew brake pads quicker, Had a customer where he was supplied two left hand rotors, and would chew through the right hand pads real quick, wasn't seized caliper's.
I got Bendix ultimate in the front, I like em so far, apart from the dust, havent had to stamp on the stop button to hard yet, but they feel good, better than the crap that was on the car when I got it..
Going to do rears soon and then give it some good stomps when they bed in.
They are impressive cars, I had a ride in a CLK black series, one word, WOW.
I had a customer that had a CLK 55 AMG DTM, only 100 produced world wide, only two in NZ, Never went in that, but I saw it go, and dam did it go!
So when the car is cold, it seems fine, warms up, starts to hunt, then dies, I played with the idle control, and got it to idle and not hunt, until the electric fans come one, then it hunts and dies.
any suggestions? AFM?
