Yep all done after last Dyno, was spiking madly on the ol' 18/19 combo and they were leaking oil
then installed AVC-r for fun to keep boost down

Other interesting facts: Because of my job I am often mistaken for being a lot older than I am, I ran my first store at the age of 17 and I absofreakinlutly hate being judged on age instead of competency. (boring I know.)

would suggest they are not keen for committee positions but I know a couple are keen to help mod....
and/or were kept on as mods after past positions held

use the report to mod button and we have a mini debate behind the scenes, I was reported recently (well more than once to this date) and I left the moderating to "others" and I had no input into the decision
ps: things have been working reasonably well thus far and some are only up in arms since they were told/warned and suddenly everyone has a guilty conscience!
carry on as normal and I am sure anyone who steps out of line will be told by 1 of many methods, my personal fav is flaming tards, best option is to be mature and discuss (like we are here - semi mature at time I know)
He's rather good at it, and might calm him down too.. hehe

I'll second that (although none of this is valid but will be taken into consideration at agm etc)
one of the most useful "report to moderator" button users to date
