Hey man, long time no speak - an EVO now!!! Nice time, what mods have you done for that power? And what trap speed is it running?

Random what you find when lurking around the internet He\'s a mate of mine, the setup works nicely - will run on straight petrol all the way to E90 and anywhere in between. The sensor actually sits in the return line from the fuel rail and it returns the temperature and ethanol content measured using pulse width and duty cycle. The comments by others earlier about cold start and power dropping off aren\'t very accurate either, in many cases you can actually make the power hold on better in the higher rpm - especially if it is an octane limited setup and cold start can be made to work fairly well, we don\'t have the most extreme climate so realistically you should at worst maybe have a couple of extra cranks before the engine fires up from dead cold. After that it should drive like "normal". It is great stuff, smells awesome and makes more power everywhere - can make an otherwise simple setup seem like a serious weapon... just have to make sure the fuel system is up to spec and keep an eye on the fuel filter etc.

Speaking of authorateh - the reason I'd voted for the weekend prior was its my Mrs birthday on the Saturday chosen so me showing personally was going to be iffy, I reserved the spot for a friends Prelude. That car isn't able to be made legal before the date, and I'm going to be unable to help him get it there in a legal form as well as a couple of other minor things so unfortunately I'll have to relinquish the spot assigned to me as well. Sorry!

LooneyHead has a Skyline, I would like to sneak a Honda on - both cars have done most of their runs at Chequered Flag (whose files are now at Shred) over the years and have had a bit of work done since so would be good to get the opportunity to run them there and be able to compare with the historical runs If we can sneak it it'd be appreciated! <edit> LOL just noticed the later posts, no I'm not going to be dyno whoring the Skyline nor am I unrealistic about its performance just because it has a bit of power but it'd be a bit naive to call it slow. And CR4SHER, I'm not really a newb to Clubsub (/some of its members) - just not a postwh0re here
