Go with the COBY buddy trust me, I bought the black one on the link an imo its s*** quality. And if you live in Auckland go to MR MUFFLER in Onehunga, he done my exhaust for a good price, way cheaper than Pit Stop quoted me. $90 to get resonater and Genome muffler fitted and replaced most the mid-pipe that was riddled with rusty lil holes. Get in quick though cause hes always booked up specially before xmas, just ask for Dean.

chuck a 19inch resonater in her mate and should make a big diffrence in sound and have a nice purr, and I also have the genome muffler, 2 1/2'' front to back.

pulled out the spark plugs and full of crap so cleaned them up and let the engine sit for about half an hour cause she was running so rich and plugs stinks of fuel.

Yeah be good to take her out of Auckland, havent taken her out of Auckland in two years if memory serves me wright.

bought a new afm sensor from winger and cleared all the faults so just got to pull the sparks out and clean em up and hopefally she kicks over properly, start doing that tonight when kids are crashed

yup checked piping an she was algud but now im confident it is afm cause it did run better without it

just put on a new gear knob while the cars out of action

before I do anything xtreme, was told jus check the afm so a mate going to lend me one tommorow, was wandering why didnt I think of that haha

yea im pretty sure hes missing out some info hes not telling me(thrashing) and wiring looks messed up so getting sparky to come have a look and then the process of trouble shooting if that aint the case, so least I got something to keep me busy during the weekend.....DAMMIT!!! was looking forward to taking kids out.

Aw yea just remembered something too, is that when its idling and pulled the afm plug off it seemed to idle better but what concerned me was that I thought it shouldn't run that well without it.

Engine was still in when he changed the box and as far as I no and he told me was that he didnt touch the engine, what leads are you talking about?Was gonna pull the cambelt covers off to make sure it didnt jump a notch aswell it sposed to be changed in another 10k kms mite aswell do that aswell.

nope thats what I dont get and she was running like a dream before conversion.

Well mate converted my forester into manual and now it sounds like my timing is out but wouldnt have a clue how that could be, anybody had the same issues could it be he wired it up wrong just spent the last 3hrs getting it home and pritty pissed. Any info would be a great deal of help before I start spending money on a mechanic or sparky. Shes pritty fumy and pops likes shes got lumpy cams which she does not

installed a sub in the car and sounds nice an not to bumpy, 8inch amplified Bazooka Tube sub and saved me heaps of room in the boot

way better on handling ae, holds the road sweet as an no more knocking sounds from leaky shocks ;D
