There’s not much point in fitting 4” speakers anymore, I’d just cover over the holes or disconnect the factory ones behind the stereo.
4” have low power handling and unless your stereo has a good crossover and bass filtering they will just be noise.
Originally the stereo would have been 14 watts peak so those tiny speakers were fine for rear passengers.
Unless your stereo has often travel a lot with a full car don’t waste money or rears.

Use the outer rings placed over the speaker once it is screwed into the spacer. They seal the front speaker to the inner door card so air cat travel around the inside of the door and reduce bass. The centre you stick to the metal behind the speaker to reduce reflections.
This calls the rear 5” not 5 1/4 so that’s a odd size.
