  1. You guys have probably seen this but I saw this guy's outback a few years back and he had a build log on lgt about it somewhere too.. Here's his car (sold now) http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/fs-pa-jay-stellatos-subaru-outback-xt-bagged-w-vip-208629.html And the fitment thread he had also. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/2005-outback-xt-wheel-fitment-included-184130.html?t=184130
  2. Is that the white one on silver rims and fairly low? Cos if it is, I just seen it around Te Atatu South by countdown, and its ****ing gorgeous!
  3. I think it may have expired, but the guy who owns it is on here, his username is carsub. link to his thread here http://clubsub.org.nz/forum/showthread.php?48004-Subaru-R205-STI-Build-Number-18-of-400-ever-made&highlight=r205
  4. RS4 seats are sooo comfy! [quote name='nastnas said: Does anyone have any idea on what the s204s sell for? I would prefer a solid standard spec car. The one on trademe is going for $40k +
  5. I'd have to say the Subaru Impreza Cosworth STI CS400 would be the ultimate STI, the R205 is beautiful too.
  6. Well here's one S204 for sale http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/subaru/auction-1056921525.htm I know of a few people who daily there sti in auckland traffic, 1 of whom has a fair bit of mods, but S204 is no ordinary STi
  7. Here you go dude if you're looking for one. Nice job man. Someone should sticky this. http://www.ebay.com/itm/GENUINE-SUBARU-Liberty-Legacy-Outback-Double-Din-Fascia-Facia-Panel-GPS-DVD-/281930131975?hash=item41a4586a07:g:GCAAAMXQUmFSei4V
  8. That sounds about right. I took my BP Turbo to taupo from auckland most weeks when I was working down there and averaged the same more or less travelling at 110kmh give or take. A full tank cruising with eco on (whether it had some impact or not I don't know?) Auckland to taupo I still had close to half a tank left. Even on half a tank I made a trip to auckland from taupo. It was pretty impressive.
  9. That looks soo mint! You must be stoked man cos I am haha must see more photos though
  10. Your sarcasm wasn't necessary dude. Look I'm not trying to argue here either, this was just my experience with what I got and it fits as it should. I can fit the mcintosh unit back in with no dramas the same as I can with this panel. I was just trying to help someone find an alternative. If you're in that much disbelief and losing sleep over it message that seller on that ebay auction or better yet if that is your TM auction, separate it yourself and have a look over it.
  11. I wish it were that easy
  12. Sorry you couldn't be more wrong. I actually hunted around for something like this for a good long while infact I may have asked you a question about it on TM 2months ago. Anywho, I didn't just jam it in as you may think. The panel has 3 clip inserts on the bottom of it that attaches to the top of the ac unit, which is the same as the OEM Mcintosh panel i.e. 3 clip inserts. You clip it on along with the stock brackets, pop it back in and boom, even the lads at rapid radio were stunned! Correct it is silver with black ac controls but it doesn't bother me as I'm getting the console wrapped. And I do get the whole thing 'done properly' etc. I don't know what more to say?
  13. You guys have the facelift model yeah? You guys can't split yours? I have (had) the premium mcintosh system too wouldn't it be the same with yours?
  14. It may be a piece of plastic, but you don't really need another set of ac controls now do you? Brackets fit perfect, it clips right on to the ac unit just like the mcintosh unit does. What more do you really need? I'd rather spend $600 on something more worthwhile, but that's just me.
  15. I got this from aussie last week. http://www.ebay.com/itm/272041643621?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Didn't need climate controls cos' the facia clips onto the ac unit. There was no way I was going to spend $600+ for that.
