I just checked out your fb page - sick car! thing is a beast!! Keep looking at this now... http://www.killerbmotorsport.net/oiling-products/combo/3-piece-pan-pickup-baffle.html
At least the killer b pick-up anyway..
I need to upgrade the standard sump in my 98 sti track car.. Should I have PBMS baffle my current sump or are there better options? What are GC8s typically running on the track?
I've got the factory windscreen wiper system on my 98. New blades don't do the trick anymore. Looking for a more heavy duty system as I mostly need to wipers to be effective on the track. Any one upgraded theirs? Hope I can just upgrade the wiper arms and sprayers.
Thanks, yeah I was wondering about their quality. I think I'll have a mount fabricated. No point getting a good seat and bolting it to a rubbish mount.
Im getting a bucket seat for my GC8 track car but not sure what mount to go for. Anyone used the NZKW mounts? http://www.nzkw.com/nzkw-bolt-on-seat-subframe-wrxsti-gc8-p-292.html
I think im gonna go for the larger STi style as its easier to get a bolt on option. Any preference here between Mike Shaw and Aerotech in terms of quality?
Its just a car for fun, so it doesn\'t need to be competitive, just fast. I thought a factory STI engine and turbo with basic mods would do the trick but now I am thinking of going a little further with it.. May as well do it properly the first time. haha.
Yeah a list of people would be great.
Pretty much after a V2/3 RA body, Street legal Rollcage, Harnesses, and then use fresh STI gear for everything else (Engine/Turbo, Close ratio Gearbox, Suspension, Brembo Brakes..etc)
I am wanting a car to run in casual track days/targa tour type events and am thinking of building one from scratch..
Anyone recommend anyone for this kind of work or is Possum Bourne Motorsport the place to go?
