  1. Bought myself another Legacy a non turbo this time although it is manual... 97 BD5 TSR Installed so far Pioneer headunit + speakers, JIC Magic springs, 20mm Impreza rear sway bar, aluminium end links. Will start the collection process to swap in a single turbo motor.
  2. I have same thing in my 96 BG5 Wagon. Done it since 60,000 k's now at 100,000k's and I think its got a teeny tiny bit worse over the 40,000k's. Not a belt issue as I checked that first and when I did cam belt/oil seals/waterpump so guessing its the pump.
  3. I was thinking is it much of a mission swapping the primary and secondary turbo's over (or replacing primary with larger turbo) and leaving the exhaust bypass closed thus running single but only secondary/larger turbo - Any ideas? also you could still run sequential, ok slightly more initial lag but the smaller turbo as secondary would spool quick enough to reduce VOD and hopfully that larger turbo is giving you the flow for better mid range torque. BTW - wanna get more midrange power outta the waggon but on budgets tho cos I wanna replace my FZR with an R6 or GSXR600
  4. No engine swaps, 2nd owner low k's and its auto. I'll check it out now and order pump. Thanks guys saving me having no wheels 4 a week, cant exactly put kids on my motorbike.
  5. Hey guys, I've done 30,000 kms in my 96 BG5 GT and now its due for it cambelt tensioners waterpump.... I've bought all parts except the water pump as the shop is asking me if it has 1,2 or 3 pipes. Is there a way to tell which one it is without taking the cambelt cover off? I'd like to knock this job out with my mechanic mate on a saturday as I cant have the car off the road too long and cant take to shop as I need to get my kids to school during the week. Cheers
