Make sure its boxed with complete proper air supply from outside, dont want to be sucking the heat from the engine in. Factory can still perform well since its already boxed and has a good cold air supply. Waiting for engine mounts to show up, replaced all seals incl. the mains.

Haha +1 on that cuddas : Actually just brought a hoist today and set it up, the old mans got a old holden v8 that went for a swim so we just pulled the engine/gearbox out, stripping it now and putting the water pump, distributor + gearbox onto another secondhand v8 engine. Need new engine mounts and a few other bits and pieces, gaskets etc but should be in and running by late tomorrow. the old man will be happy to have the v8 back on the road :

Sorry for a mean late reply guys lol just been busy as... well im now located in Mandurah, bout 50ks out of Perth : Yep, finally made the move. As for the subbie, cops on the lookout for it in hastings spotted it, they chased them and blocked them in on one of the backroads, cunts didnt want to get out so they locked the doors : dickheads. Cops had to smash the window to get the bastards out, 3 mungies were in the car at the time, all wearing balaclavas, black hoodies with knives/screwdrivers and other weapons, obviously they were going on a mish somewhere. But yea, dont think they found out it was rwd, no tyre slap or anything still pretty clean, rims are still on aswell and the seats, only thing off the car was the headunit, 6's and 6x9s. Runs pretty rough now though, but apart from that... Shes now in the bros shed getting fully stripped out as major plans are under way, the bro might be posting up pictures and information on the build in a garage thread sometime soon, so keep an eye out.... thanks guys and sorry for a major long post lol 8)

As most you guys know i own a 89 legacy rs. Pictures if it can be seen on my introduction page or my avatar, its been stolen from Rebel sports carpark in napier on Hastings street. Anywhere from 11:50 to 12:30 in the afternoon. Number plate on the car is DJE719. We have checked cameras around the area and unfortuanatly nothing has been found on tapes. Car was locked and all windows were wound up and no smashed window. We have a feeling its been taken up the service lane behind rebels sports, headed towards town then done a u-turn back towards hastings, or possibly taken to a shed in the maraenui area of napier. If anybody knows of its whereabouts or have heard/seen ANYTHING involving the car please let me know, its our baby and its been in the family since day 1. Thanks heaps, Marsh.

My brother converted the rs when he had it. I've had it up on a hoist and the front axles have been removed and both sides have been capped. Can get more info/pics when i see him later this week. Havnt had any issues with getting warrants.

Hadnt been cleaned for about 2 months so cleaned it out and found all sorts of sh*t. a k&n filter which i brought for like $200+, found my 30pc 1/4dr set which has been missing for like a month underneath passengers seat, that came with 2 credit cards and a lighter, f*cking heaps of rubbish, nut/bolts/screws/bulbs, some poor girls shoe and jersey, a few hundreds worth of tools, screwdrivers, verniers etc, a zerosports 90mm pipe, probably 7 month old half full 30g port royal, a bob marley cd, defi gauges boost/water temp, a sander which honestly i dont know where the f*ck that came from and $2.60 haha along with a few other subbie bits and pieces. Looks clean now
