  4. What turbo it running?? Generally normal for subaru with factory wastegate and boost control from what iv seen..

  9. Generally when the car is "hunting" (surge in revs/idle) can mean a stuffed AFM. Especially if the code is being thrown..

  11. +1 would also like to know. I got offered swap for the r plus cash his way..Was keen till found it was singapore import lol. One thing i noticed is it had a wrx dash (non defi style black ones sti jdm have) It had brembos and full sti motor by the looks of it though... Not sure what else they miss though...
  12. In saying that i put one on factory and definatly on a cold day can notice a preformance difference, no noticable lag from top mount, better once you start pushing a bit more power or hitting the track.. Id do one as one of my first mods again probably..
  13. Your 6 speed sounds highish funky.. Mine sits at around 2750-2800 from memory at 100km/h ay

  16. You sure ??? Cause i put a 2002 rev d legacy motor into a 1998 b4 and it wouldnt start cause the cam and crank had differnt number of teeth, causing it to not start. But in saying that changed them both at the same time so possibly would start only with crank..
  17. good point ....actually though did the legacy have fuel and spark when we had that problem??? Just thinking aloud here, the one cam pulley that has teh teeth on for the cam sensor is the passengers inlet one, is it possible it got put on the drivers inlet insteaD? and the sensor having no teeth to read off?
  18. Id say youd need the loom bro, Hit up the guys who have done it on NAISOC or whatever its called they should have them maybe?
  19. Have you changed the top right cam sprockets or the crank gear?? Cause they have X amount of teeth on the back to trigger the cam and crank sensor. If you have a newer or older pulley on chances are tehy will have different teeth adn the ecu wont know whats going on.
