Well toyota Highlander have them for in cabin temp control and Gtr34/gtr35 have them. so i would assume that because it appears factory in modern cars i dont think they will bother. Maybe I should put a Vtec sticker on the side and they will just pass it off as riced

i use rom raider logger. it supports most subarus. tricky B*tch to set up but once you have done it 2 or 3 times it easy http://www.romraider.com/RomRaider/Download HEre is the link to get you started easiest option is to give the computer you are using internet when setting up

I agree with you on oil pressure. i have a normal gauge for that. However my Ver 5 on obd2 has water boost a/f and heaps of other shit. the monitor i have is flip up so will try and mount into that centre bit :-)

very similar principal to that just when yur out on a track with no back seats no free hands something on the dash seems appropriate.

I dont know what section this should be under as there could be many. I am In the process of building a lightweight in car computer. Primarly it will be designed to handle on screen gauges will upload pics in a day or so. Figured that i have the time and i am bored may as well do it :-)

Actually its quite relevant as in this case it can be many different factors buddy

So spoke to gary and i he said he could hear it with specialised equipment at the 5500rpm upwards. i have also changed the fuel pump to v7 sti and it made about three kms difference so picking up new coils and leads on wednesday

Umm the problem was before popped up the mod disapeared for a bit and then came back. who has a wideband sesor that will test the car.

will have a check of the spark plugs this eveinging if i can i will also put the sti fuel pump in and i will see what happens. the guy could only hear it when he had the head phones on and he was driving on the road

i am going to be buying a v7 fuel pump but can someone provide info how to test old one and i can just see if that is the problem
