Interested in a wee cruise?

Spark plugs changed out along with weight reduction (read scraped a whole lot of crap off top of coil pack and removed some useless broken clips) with Percy. Thanks James, you the man! First step in hard start diagnosis. Problems tomorrow will mean step 2

Fantasmic Ross! So in theory I should be able to swap them into the V5 heads?
-
Are the valves in V5 sodium filled like the RSK TT ones??
-
Done anyway, does feel a bit more responsive on seat-of-pantsometer Was easy to do too Thanks Ross

Hey y'all. So have picked up a set of V5 heads which I understand will fit on a B4 twin turbo. That's as far as my understanding goes so can people please enlighten me more? Any info, modification, reliability or testing issues or anything will be much appreciated! Thanks

Rebuild bilsteins?

Lol it's rarely even that anymore lol

Thanks Ross. Have done the double priming with limited success. COP? Coil pack? Will do plugs first and go from there

Hi guys. In the last week or two the leggy has been having issues starting from cold. It's usually the first start up in the morning and at the end of the work day. Just doesn't fire the first time, sometimes not the second time either. When she does eventually start I get a big puff of smoke out the rear and then she's as good as gold. Initially I thought starter motor however Google tells me I should be looking at the following: spark pugs (haven't been done in donkeys- my bad) stuffed lead/leads or crank sensor. Anyone else experienced this? Anyone got any advice? Cheers all

Hi, hopefully simple question. HID bulb is flickering on one side only. Bulbs aren't terribly old but if they're buggered they're buggered. Any thing else I should check before shelling out for new bulbs?
-
Adding to this- my HID has started flickering. Bulb going???

Totally agree with dumping the old structure , beauty of having a dictatorship ( for lack of a better term )is you make a decision and things just happen , you move on to the next thing and progress actually happens.
FACT you will NEVER please everyone so some will not like decisions and will move on but thats the price of progress.
Agree completely with Blair and Joker, ditch it
