dvs-b4

hi all 2003 b4 legacy jst noticed this the other day when i went to overtake a car. i put my foot down in 5th and was half way past the car when i hit boost cut!!! the car is unmodified no boost tap or any thing just a boost gauge. i have done this twice now i showed my mate last night and he said it is boost cut. its hapning around 19-20psi it doesnt do it in any other gear that i have noticed just 5th any ideas on what it could be? or how to fix it

have u had a look on turners? thats where i got my 2003 b4 from for less than 10k ;D has 114k on it and cambelt was done 2 not braging or anything jst look around and you might be suprised at what you can get cheap

who does the reflashes? i got a 2003 b4 ;D and wouldnt mind looking into it if it would help with the VOD

my volt gauge in my b4 sits at a steady 14v while the car is runing unless i turn my lights on nd it drops to 13v but give it a tap of the gas nd right back to 14v. 12v while runing seems prity low

i dnt knw what they used to tow it but i would think it would have to be powerfull haha

just an idea it myte be the transfer case my mate had the same problem with his evo and all 4s locked up on him on the moter way. his mate towed him home with all 4 wheels locked was an interesting trip home aparently

yea im shore its a panasonic the modle code is cy-tv7200 its got the japan maps on a dvd under the passenger seat. the disk says panasonic car navigation system digital map dvd-rom cn-dv2200d/yd cn-p01vd cn-pv01yd 2001

hi there my car came with a panasonic in car gps system but the maps are from japan. does any one have the newzealand maps for them or know who makes them

im runing 1 in my b4 legacy i had to clean my air flow sensor becouse it was missing but other than that iv had no problems

haha yea im only runing the clear stuf that came with my gauge might put some of the proper hose thru at same stage but havent got round to it yet. yea u can have a look at the meet next week

i found my bov line to be very inaccurate only read -14 but when u used this line it sat on -18 to -22 which sounds about right so im nt shore bout the bov line

i realy should fix my spellin but every 1s haven a laugh so im gona leave it

thats where i got my vacuum from. for the light i jst pilled out the radio fuse and put the wire in there and pushed the fuse back in. may not be the best way but it worked for me and didnt blow the fuse. this is on a b4 legacy but shouldnt be much diferent
