ended up fitting the hks exhaust off the rs legacy,mid pipe ended up being too long so had to cut down and reweld.wheel well seemed to be okay.cheers

fitted Hks 3" exhaust system.sounds amazing with headers.just repairing speedo and then off for the tune

sure does,when i take a photo of my car it does the same thing and makes the bonnet look a different colour to car.could be the lighting hitting bonnet and front of bumper from that angle??

no training required haha,maybe the previous owner loved the look of the 22b why its been converted have seen it done before.anyways is there a difference in the shade of blue between v4 and v5..i thought v4 were slightly a darker shade

take fuel feed hose off fuel filter and turn key,if fuel coming out of hose then it not the fuel pump.a wise friend showed me that one

from what iv been told by another member is v3-6 scoops from factory can be turned around. and will bolt up so give that a go bit of fun..if that works just plastic weld like i did and turn around and bolt on.if it doesnt then i dont see it being to difficult to turn the v7 scoop around and plasti weld it to gc8 base probably just as hard to do it the way i did Guy was talking kak to us at the auckland meet. I tried turning my scoop around the next day and no it dont work. Leaves a super big gap on passengers side. Didnt try it with the full plastic. wasn\'t a straight swap.you can trim the edges off the v7 scoop and make it fit but went a different route and cut the v7 mounting base off and plastic welded the scoop to my gc8 base to give it that factory look.you can actually order bolt on v7 sti scoops to fit gc8 from htautos.co.uk which is probably easier

What sort of working were they doing to your car.lol Marc took my turbo,manifold,upipe off and replaced with new manifold and up pipe within a hour and top job too,no leaks or anything..haha almost same time it takes me to replace radiator hose

will be interested to hear if you notice much difference.my guess is a tiny bit of lag but better top end

iv got a v3 with dccd.if i want to use the v4-6 dccd cluster do i just need to change the speedo sensor as you guys said,will all the other plugs from my v3 speedo go straight into the v4-6 cluster

haha hows using a bungy cord illegal.i bet he searched someones boot in the past and moved the sub and a bungy cord sprung into his face.i use one and it works well.first bungy cord i used was from 2 dollar shop so lasted a day on 20psi so upgraded to a warehouse bungy and has done the job for 6months +

yeah man i believe bc5 and gc8 radiators are the same
