I have the phase 2 ez30 with a platic manifold but im wondering if anyone knows if the phase 1 alloy intakes bolt on and if they also use the o ring gaskets. I just want to use the flange ill be cutting the runners etc off it . Cheers
Yea standard headers chopped off just after the three ports merge and then seperate pipes till after gear box where they join to the opposite head .all 2.5inch
Ive got a phase 2 ez30 in my gc8 and have a 2.5inch exhaust 1 muffler and 1 resonator but i want to get some really good extractors made up to really give it that flat six scream . Anyone have a recommendation?
hey i have a single scroll sump baffled from pbms. but i have a twin scroll sump out of a late model legacy that im thinking about getting baffled 2 just wondering whats better.

any one using a megasquirt or setup 1 before. i want to daily a ez30 non turbo gc8 but i dont wanna pay2.2j for a extreme and i can get a negasquirt for 1.3k
hey fyi i will have a ts sump .oil pick up .manifold and up pipe no downpipe for sale as of the w.e unless i decide to convert the top flange to single scroll to run my vf22
i have the setup all figured out i will be using 2 12inch ducting tubes from each window . no boot floor and 2 15inch fans on a.big custom 2~3 core radiator i just want to know basiclly the plumbing side of it. because i have heard alit people talk about bubble tanks and header tanks all over the show etc
so after being sent 3 different options of nolathane diff bushs finally got 1s that were close enough size to work. (apprently mine is a odball subframe) anyone else notice increased road vibrations . im sort of putting it down to the diff used to basiclly act as a counter balance for it as the old bushs were quite soft
