UPDATE... removed airbag module to find it was plugged in ready to go!!! It seems that some V3's do indeed have airbags!

Thanks for all the info. After asking a lot of people & checkin out variuos cars, im still unsure weather this is an airbag car or not as i found 2 V3's on trade me with the same wheel as mine & claiming they are airbag cars!

Its on 97 v3 WRX but after asking around, ive decided that someone has retro fitted this airbag wheel as the V3 didnt come out with airbag

Im trying to find out weather this car actually has an airbag or weather someone in japan has just slapped this ugly wheel on it. If i can replace it, i will!

My 97 GF8 wagon has a N/A airbag sterring wheel on it. Its ugly as fark & i'd love to replace it & now im doubting this car even has an airbag! Is there an easy way to tell if has an airbag or not? I dont want to prang it to find out!!
