Even if it wasn't two months into a one year warranty, you'd still be protected under the consumer guarantees act. It clearly was not fit for purpose and didn't last a reasonable amount of time. Don't take their bull turd. They're a registered Motor trader to they have to abide by the standards.

Keep at them bro and if they won't come to the party then disputes tribunal. Especially if your terms and conditions makes no note of what constitutes a modification.
Woooow That's Bull **** bro. Don't take that. They either fix it or take them to the disputes tribunal.

Replaced air filter, oil filter & oil, fuel filter, flushed coolant, swapped factory intercooler for STI intercooler and Greddy re-circulation valve.
Wagon seems to accelerate much faster now. Could the old re-circulation valve have been leaking boost?
I finally got the STI intercooler to fit my SG5 forester. Next question is, what is that scoopy thing under the bonnet called? Is it possible to get one off a STI that will bolt straight in and line up with the intercooler better?
Hi Crew, I purchased an STI intercooler to run on my SG5 forester. Everything fits perfect. Only minor issue is that there is a hole in the bottom of the STI intercooler for a sensor, which my old intercooler doesn't have.
What's the best thing to blank this off with?
So my understanding is that I need to blank off the return hose. Mount the bov to the intercooler and the boost vac line hose.
Is this going to upset the ecu since the return valve is blanked off? Would I be better to get a duel port bov so some air can still recirculate?
Will it explode causing mass scale destruction, or being of poor quality that it will fall apart in a years time. What's the laws around having a catalytic converter? This kit doesn't have one.

3" stainless turbo back bolt on kit for $499, is somthing wrong with it? Seems too cheap
So i managed to get most of it off, but it was so baked into the paint that its taken a few chips off with it.
Would it be a suby sin to say, hide the chips under an sti badge when its not an sti vehicle?
I've got an old dirty sticker baked onto the boot of my car. Right where the "forester" badge should be. I've got a replacemnt badge from a wreckers, ready to stick on...BUT, I CANNOT get this f-ing crusty old sticker off the paintwork. I've tried a heat gun, wax n grease remover, vege oil, wd40, nothing works. Any suggestions?
I'm wondering if there's either a blank plate that can be used to cover the hole from removing the remote housing, or if it would be easier to replace the whole piece of trim?
Hi Team. What's the best option for a boost gauge? I'd feel more comfortable connecting a mechanical gauge ( 'cause I know how to connect it ) but is there any disadvantage over an electronic gauge?
