I know one guy that made his own urethane diff bushes. he poured it in liquid form and when it cured was hard. but apparntly he had alot of difficultly getting that kind of urethane

Who makes custom suspention bushings in CHCH? Im actually after getting some Urethane Rear diff bushings made for my SVX. They are bigger than Legacy so cant use those. Cant seem to find any after market ones the right size. I do have a New set from subaru but they seem pretty flimsy. And appartly they do not last so long. Especially with track work. I will be wanting them to last longer. ( I was hoping Eventually I could do a few track days etc with it ) Any ideas any one? Ive been told of one possible place. but looking for others to get some prices before hand. Thanks

thats cheaper. is it like what happens with a wof if you fail? if you fail do you only have 28 days to fix it till you would have to pay the full price and have car re sit the full test?

What is the car you want to re reg? Depending if its 2nd had jap import ( even if it was prev reged in NZ ) the AA charge a extra 100 more. So they can check for flood and accident damge. The etra charge was for pulling every thing out of the inside like seats, interoir trim etc. if its nz new they dont bother pulling it all out. when I last asked about it costs were about.... 499 NZ new and 599 JDM 2nd hand import. I mite be out by 100. if so add 100 to each of the above. I enquired when i had a plan of restoring my black 1988 XT6 which was luckly NZ new

I think I almost brought a tidy RX sedan just for the same wheels. plus one on fitting them on a GSR. it would look so cool

Even over in The USA you can pay alot for them. They arnt common and the parts ones that are availble there seem to been wipped for that perpose. And XT6 parts here... Nill same with OZ and even Japan. They have all dissapeared :'(

Is there any reason for moving the battery to the back? I know it is sometimes used to distrbute weight to the back but is there any other resons why it done?

Whats the best Lubrcitant for Door locks? Is it still best to use grahfite powder? I got some new keys cut for my car and the locks dont turn to easly. I asked the guy what to use but he wasnt sure if that was ok to use for automotive locks. Thanks

stupid acting drivers need to be sorted out, weather they speed excessbly or drink n drive or do stupid things while driving. About two weeks ago I was driving my GF to her work in the morning. I was driving tru a road works area and had to travel 30 km limit. I almost got thru the end when this stupid taxi driver pulls out still in 30 k zone and speeds and passes. He almost had a head on with the car in the other lane then almost side swiped me. pisses me off!!!! they ment to be profenional drivers

With the turbo being in that position, do they need scavaging oil pump?
