^^^^^^^ +1 I would so be looking at the box as excessive force in the box may have stretched the bolts which would of made them loose and then the nuts would then be loose -
which is metric fine normal metric is 10mm x 1.5

AFAIK the GPS is via satelitte so should work from the start (but then I dont know shit )

it does sound to me that u you have broken the anti vibration springs on the clutch plate or maybe one of the pressure plate fingers has come loose... and I too am a mechanic,and this would be my diagnoisis going on what has been said -
just run 2.5 over the axle then use a 2.5 to 3 reducer to the muffler
