tighten the spring (amusing its adjustable....
Pods arent banned in Oz - they must however be enclosed (to limit induction noise IIRC)

Its generally accepted it cant do any harm
although some have claimed "rough" idle after applying this mod

BG shape but similar, I had a spare (old and bent) hatch which I could make template from
Step one - choose wing (see rafters)
Step two - clean area with appropriate Alcohol solution (IIRC Isopropyl)
Step three - DRILL! expect 5x holes - depends on wing
step four - apply sealant I used Windscreen goo
Step five - bolt up and plug in High stop light
a few steps missed out - make template and some fun language and a reamer might be needed it light plug dont fit hole 1st time

not hard to induce a PSSHT under no load - even during "objective" noise test if carried out

like marjuana.....
after it is in the intake system it become part of the collective emission from the Vehicle hence exhaust leak - yet to find correct terminology
-
hahahahha LMAO thats the best arguement you could come up with!
I expected more good sir
AFAIK there are NO performance benefits from creating what is essentially an Exhaust leak (unless someone has some data I am open to persuasion)

cant say I have read law in detail yet but yep I will put hand up: pro-Vent to atmo ban
not Pro BOV Ban - thats just stupid
-
I kinda agree, its pointless and not necessary (BOV's I mean, not the law)
Like fluffy dice.... except they are dangerous
-
yep thats stock alright and pretty rare for them to still be there, I still have the motor in boot and it works but butterfly is long gone in japan before import

2nd hand engine is a gamble - you may get a dud or it may live longer than you!
BUT it is simplest and quickest option
as the guy says in the add (I think he got it wrong) I bet it is out of a BH and is a 98-00 engine not as described
AFAIK just some simple wiring/sensor issues
there are a few TK Wagons on this board
OR sell for scrap and buy http://www.clubsub.org.nz/forum/index.php?topic=265.msg1377#msg1377

haha aw gees I believe that was the purpose of the "Post Your Legacy Pics Here! " thread
if you want PhatRS when yours is finished and painted I believe it will belong in here, along with a few other members car currently
-
no fun
yep basically not atmo venting nor probably exposed air filters (pods) similar to some Australian states
saying no BOV's is a waste of time cos it wont work - they do plumb back ya know...
