Would a V3/4 WRX manifold bolt onto a EJ20G or would i have to get 20K heads or something?

Which is faster the RS or the VR4? I take him up to about 70km/h got more low end torque and better gearbox but once his turbo kicks in it's over haha he has spent bit of $$$ on his motor tho!
