Ive been away from Adelaide for almost 5 weeks, so the XR8 is going to get a nice clean, and then CANED thru some windeys.... Hopefully a track day or 2 in the next few weeks. Of course, Im putting some Whiteline goodies on it soon, and maybe coilivers.... A flash tune to increase the power in the near future too! Ah got to love 5.4 Litres of grunt!

I love those cars, but the kit on that looks HIDEOUS! If I move to Aussie Ill be buying a 3.0R B, prob a 05-06 sedan for a company car. Not too fussed on atuo or manual, auto's are better in traffic and for towing.... If the race car comes with me. Prob just lower, tint it and do the wheels.

Buy it from an airport, or aero club. Its prob cheaper than a gas station, and it gets used up quicker. So you are always getting fresh stuff. The petrol station by Manfield sells Av, but the rumor is thats its old stuff, and sits there a while. You just need some 20l containers, and usually sign a form to say your not using it on the street. But MSNZ have phased out the use of Avgas for the top teirs, and at some stage will phase it out for all motorsport, as its bad for mother earth.... But it smells GREAT!
