  1. My O2 (AFR) sensor went bad and I got an OEM one from rockauto.com for $160 NZD delivered. Winger were quoting $600!
  2. How much do you guys think this is worth? http://www.trademe.co.nz/a.asp?id=677523296
  3. In the market for a GT B. Have owned a gt-30, Impreza and 93 2.2l legacy and am wanting to get a turbo this time round. I\'ve have been searching for info on what the main differences are and could not find much. What is the single turbo like in the 4th gen? Which one was better performance? I have seen there are differences post 2007 in the 4th gen too, are these significant or just the "SI Drive" features. Basically, is it worth paying the extra money for the newer shape? Thanks!
  4. Its got yellow bilstein shocks. I think its the same as the BH GTBs.
  5. Just took my wheel off and had a look at the hub nut. It does not seem to be loose.
  6. Hey Guys, So I have an 02 Legacy GT30 and the front left suspension is making weird noises when i go over large bumps (speed bumps, driveways etc). I only notice the noise at slow speeds. It started happening about half way through the ski season (I went up to mt hutt and club fields alot that have shit roads). Could it be a suspension bush or something? What would you guys recommend first to troubleshoot? Ohh, and the noise is hard to describe but kinda sounds like an creaky door opening. Thanks
  7. http://www.rockauto.com/ I just bought a new one for my legacy and rockauto were great...only took about 5 days to get here and they were the cheapest I could find on the net. With a bit of research on the net you can find the correct subaru model number and then find the denso sensor that it corresponds to. Mine cost $145 NZD including fast shipping.
  8. I just bought a new headunit for my 02 GT30, decided to go double din as it looked more stock. Got a JVC KW-XR816 from Norman Ross in Auckland (they will give you a good deal) and so far its working really well. http://www.jvc.co.nz/KW-XR816.html Big improvement from stock headunit. Re did the front speakers with kicker components as well. If you dont want to spend to much you could get the XR616 which is pretty much the same but doesnt have bluetooth built in. I can post pics of what it looks like installed if you want.
  9. Here is the link to the part at rock auto. DENSO is also the OEM for subaru, so if I was you I would try to get this one over a Bosch. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php?tab=search&partnum=234-9010 From what I saw on the net I thought the bosch sensors were not as good as DENSO. Alex
  10. Hey Guys, I had this same problem with my 2002 GT30. Did some research and found the DENSO 234-9010 to be the same (or pretty much the same) as the stock sensor. Subaru quoted me the part number 22641aa032 for the sensor, however the 234-9010 crosses to the 22641aa03C. With more research I found out that the 22641aa03C is the part number for the USA legacys and foresters. I ended up buying the DENSO 234-9010 from www.rockauto.com, It took 4 days from payment with the fedex international priority shipping. It cost $155 NZD. Banged it in as soon as it arrived and the check engine light went off immediately. Driven about 200km on it so far and it seems allg. ohh also, the DENSO 234-9010 has the same length wires and same connector plug as the stock part, the sensor looked identical as well. This made it really easy to install. Alex
