we had the vero waranty guy at work today. they ar so tight, they look for any means to get out of it eg diff failure, if you got diff tyres on the same axle, or even maybe just diff tyres on the car, void warranty. you gotta keep your car meticulous

im preeety sure i know a guy thats going to be the 1st person to meet the wrath of the new bills, his car was impounded permanently the other weekand as far as im aware, and the word going round is its gonna be one of the first ever to get crushed. rats for him, it had 100 spoke rims on it.(not my style but hey thay aint cheap)

yes, another speeding ticket. dont judge, im sure you aint perfect, did i mention how much? no (read - 112 in a 100, was completely BS too, was slowing on an offramp when he aparently got me, im sure i was sub 100, but what can you do) my car attracts a lot of attention, and so, i do get a bit more crap from the cops. cant do much bout it though. also, think bout it. cant have that many or any high speed ones if i still got my licence and havnt lost it ever. i just like to make sure that my insurance company is aware of everything, in the event that something DOES happen

im 18, have mods named, and have all fines mentioned, no accidents though, and i pay 1200 a year for my twin turbo legacy, with like a 600 excess. was a grand a year for my 1.6 NA levin so dont know whats going on there hahaha thats through NAC. i ring thm up when i get a fine, im like yeah got another speeding ticket they just go ok, thats fine. no price change nothing cant figure it out

it does have miss on occasion at idle too so hmm that is an idea... it did come with a spare coilpack and set of plugs too so probably should have a look

ok, i got my 96 rs twin turbo, with frontmount and aftermarket blowoff valve. SOMETIMES (usually hot) under very light throttle, just about to come on boost, the car splutters and loses power, runs rich (can see black smoke from exhaust) then takes off and is sweet. this only happens as its about to come on boost on the primary turbo. happend the other day, got really bad on the motorway so i pulled over to inspect all my hoses. seemed ok. so i went to take off, and it ran like absolute ****e, then died at 4 grand, so i grabbed 2nd and floored it, same thing, 4 grand power cut. then got third and it died, so i got off the gas and tried again, then it took off and didnt have another problem the whole trip. yes i will check for codes tomorrow, it didnt have any last time i checked bout a month ago, anyone got any ideas what this problem is? to me it sounds like an air leak after the turbos or the afm or even some of the symptoms of code 66? just looking for a second or third opinion from people that have a bit more experience with these cars then me haha

nah dont think so, bit unfair if your driving a modified vehicle through the same area and happen to get caught up in the train and get pulled over, i know a mate thats had that exact thing happen to him. i also recieved a letter from the cops saying my insurance company would probably like to know that i have been there, but meh, what can ya do. dont think ill be goin again for quite some time, if ever atm, car attracts too much attention
