Thanks for the advise man! I'm thinking of heading over to STM Performance and go the way you just suggested. And yeah I've got a turbo back exhaust system. Everything else is standard, if i'm not making enough power i'll go just upgrade what is needed to make my aim power of (350HP ATW) I'm not looking to make serious power, just a little more for more fun. I don't mind blowing 1-2k as long as "it's the right way to do it".

Just wanna know a brief idea on the pricing regarding turbo upgrade, fuel pump, injectors, fuel regulator and a proper tune. I'm looking to gain 350HP atw for now, should I upgrade the turbo or the VF37 is enough to produce 350HP ATW? And any recommendation for who i should get my car tune. Thanks!

Hi guys, I am thinking of buying an equal length header for my eyebug STI but I don\'t think there\'s a kit made for the bugeyes so I thought of buying the one\'s made for V8-V10 but weld a new adapter/gasket from the stock headers to fit IHI single scroll turbos.. has anyone previously done this before? Sounds like one of the electronic sensors might be gone. Even though there\'s no CEL

I\'ve had similar to this, it was the BOV bolts mine was a little lose, I tighten it up and the whistle is gone. Hope this helps.

Thanks, it could be my wheels, or that. I haven\'t got time to get it balanced and alignment as exams are coming up and assignments still to complete. let say if I got my wheels balanced + alignment and issue still exist. What\'s the total price for drive-shaft joint replacement?

Ah thank you, yes, it\'s exactly my issue.. Even at low speed approximately 60-80km/h and at 100km/h the vibration becomes tiny bit worst. I will get my wheels balanced and followed by alignment. Cheers runrabbit.

Yeah, sorry, major wouldn\'t be the right word to use. I meant major as in Drive shaft, Inner axle etc. Basically, expensive parts.. that needs to be replace, none major = wheel allignment, balanced etc. I\'ve had a tyre bulge before, and the vibration comes through the steering wheel.. hmmm

Has anyone ran into similar scenario? Sitting at 80-90km/h the car runs fine but when you put the pedal down and reached 100km/h the body/chassis starts to vibrate slightly. Also note that, the steering wheel is fine, all three pedals are fine as in isn\'t vibrating, only the body/chassis. I have read through previous posts, it seems like I need the following: 1. Wheel balancing 2. Wheel alignment 3. Inner axle joint Any suggestions? Looking forward in hearing from those who resolved similar situation

Don\'t trust the winger boys. What I meant is that, it\'s good to take your car down to Winger Subaru as they supply genuine parts etc but don\'t tend to leave your car at their workshop, their young staff/mechanic tend to take cars down for a boost. Even to get lunch etc. I\'ve always booked in early in the morning for check ups etc.

Hey dude I\'ve had that done on my old Subaru, full 3" straight after the two downpipes merges, sounds awesome and response a lot better than stock piping.

I think it might be the electronic sensors, soon going to be faulty. I\'ve had that in my old Legacy. After awhile I went to a genuine Subaru workshop, they scanned the CEL and it came up O2 sensors and Air Flow Sensor, got both replaced on the same day. Runs mint after that, even gain extra power.

Didnt go ahead, car was in rough condition.. he wants 8.8k for it.. differnet panel all round, bonnet doenst even close properly, sign of rusts, driver door interior got burnt.. motor and gear box is good but not worth 8.8k, so went back to auckland

Got that added to my watch-list. It\'s so nice but so far away..

Really? I didn\'t know, reason why I want to check the V6 is that Im a sucker for V6\'s STI.. I am not looking to race or track or anything, I like to keep my ride clean and weekend drive with the boys.. cruising purposes and 2nd-3rd gear pull from time to time..
