  6. If in doubt pull it out bro and redo it? If its throwing a code then it's easier to fix just replace the sensors and see how u go from there. Borrow someone sensors and see if it is sensors. Shid I hope that make senses it's kinda late lol. Good luck with jr bro
  7. do you want to organised the rotors to get skimmed also? its usually $60 to get a set (2) rotor skimmed and see what he will charge for the CNC on top of that. i'll talk to him or pm me for his details. think he can do these on the 4 pots also
  8. dont think it can with the ver7 sti? it is possible but not by much, usually car wont start or takes awhile to start, then when its starts, it will idle really bad like ur afm isnt on ( that is if you running factory ecu ) and also sounds like u running 2 or 3 cylinders
  9. as long as the chassis number hasnt been drilled out, it will make it easier, then cost about $800 to re-reg it. BUT car would have to be put back to standard, eg not front mounts and so one or registered it as a race car and get a authority card?
  10. oh true hate the holiday season, just a good excuse to be Lazy
  11. from all your connections, u should know most welders in Wellington, are you just looking for someone else cheaper or someone else can do a better a better job then the people that had done work on your car?
  12. i remember seeing that car in Manurewa the DC sticker is a dead give away
  13. heres one that my mate done on a CNC machine
  14. the race car will be out of storage soon. ive sold the engine already to Jono, but still got the vf23 from it
  15. i still got all my documents for all the pin out yeah but u are cheating, u getting Shred to do it for you
  16. chances are that they all cracked. best to just get something like a P20 or another P18 from different VF serious and get it modify by steven from MSE to fit or give up and get a similar STI turbo edit; sorry half asleep while writing that lastnight haha
  17. you can reused them but whats $40 compare to your car burning down to ashed? im sure that when u get the IDAs u get new o-rings with it? fitting can take awhile especially on the ver7. i find it easier to take the manifold off to do it, while u at it remove the oil filters filters which are in the banjo for the turbo http://www.clubsub.org.nz/forum/index.php/topic,23227.0.html
  18. doesnt look that bad, hope the engine was turned off right away? chances are the heads are stuffed new front isnt that expensive
  19. no point getting aftermarket ones, its just for bling and cost lots of money. Chances are if not fitted properly it leaks make sure that with your new injectors u replace all rubber seals/o-rings the top ones are easily damage when refitting them
  20. yeah i got one, its at brent's place
